We stopped by for a “quick” meal but ended up waiting 40 min for our food. Had to take it to go, only to find that the burgers were cold and the fries were far from fresh. The buns tasted like they had been out for awhile. Definitely not worth the stop.
February 11, 2025, 8:50pmnnNot a single worker at the counter, everybody was hiding in the back, only one other person waiting for an order inside, and it still took them ten minutes to get out one large fries and two drinks. Guess they only care about drive thru customers, so, they can keep thier cardboard, and I'll give A&W and Dairy Queen my money for here on.
Stopped for a coffee this morning before work. First car in line waited and waited for the little voice in the box to take my order, meanwhile cars behind me going through the other lane kept getting service before me. 10 minutes I sat there with cars lining up behind me in this lane . Finally drove to window without ordering. Watched in rearview mirror and cars in my lane were still being ignored. When the drive thru cashier finally got to me I told I had not even ordered as apparently my lane was being ignored. I got nothing but rude service and not even an apology. It took 20 minutes to get 2 coffees because of this. And I think I am speaking on behalf of the other 3 vehicles behind me waiting and waiting. As a local this leaves a bad taste in my mouth to even want to go back there again. If the lane is closed put a damn sign up saying its closed or hire people who actually know how to work a drive thru. Pathetic
They immediately park drive thru orders to help their stats. They don't make anything to order, they made me wait 15 minutes one morning for a breakfast order claiming they wanted the hashbrown to be fresh. They have hired alot of temporary foreign workers instead of local workers, our tax money at work. The regional management would not respond to my requests to talk to them.
Worst Mcdonald's I've been too. Rude staff, long waits, orders are wrong 9 out of 10 times. Preparation of the food is horrible. Absolutely not worth it
