I was there 12:15PM and as that time the male manager there was acting underpaid and overworked! I ordered the happy meal, told the cashier I was going to the rest room, when I came back out I realized my number was no longer on the screen, I alerted the lady giving the orders and she was nonchalant.nnI went to the manager and he told me next time you wait with your order because someone must have taken my order that’s impossible because you’re supposed to check the number in the receipt he was very cold especially since I couldn’t speak French.nTo cap it up they made another happy meal for me and then served me the coffee they had made for me half an hour ago. I told them to please give me a hot one and the lady who took it put it by the counter and served me the same coffee like she had changed it. I called her attention to it and that was when she changed it.nnThey didn’t put napkins/saviet in the meal to go.
Although there was a little inconvenient in the building someone started the fire signal it was a very nice experience. The waitress was very kind and thoughtful and let us very comfortable. The food was amazing and the songs were very good too. It’s probably not adequate for families with young kids due to the volume of music, but it’s worth trying it! Recommend!
This place was really horrible, they got my order wrong and then accused me of lying about not getting my whole order the people where rude, I was visiting here and I don't speak French and the lady that gave me my food a very old lady didn't helped me in English she kept speaking in french really frustrating, don't come here, the manager accused me of lying about my food and he came to our table if we really order the items. Please hire people that are willing to help in English not only French. The address is 2950 Be Laurier, G1V 2M4

Convenient location.nClean restaurantnCourteous staff.nnYou can always count on McDonalds as a familiar place when you are in a different country.nnThe menu was different than in the US. Some items have different names but easy to figure out.nnThis location also has a drive through and is open late.
