I’m not from town. I came Across this place, I was hungry and decided to give it a chance fries barely warm. On a scale of one to 10 for cleanness, I give it a 4 as for staff, not too friendly
The drive-through is usually quick and accurate. The parking lot had garbage everywhere on the lot on our last visit. To avoid suspension damage to your car, enter from Albert St slowly as multiple potholes lurk at the lot entrance.
Weird stuff happens here. I know, it’s a McDonald’s. How good or bad could it be? When it’s good, it’s good. When it’s bad, it’s really bad. I’ve had a burger end up with cheese on the outside while the other burger in the order was normal see picture. Recently, I was in the drive thru and told to wait in that weird little area to the left after the drive thru since the two drive thru spots were full. I waited about 20 minutes and watched an employee deliver food to people in the actual spots 3 or 4 times without ever even coming to check on me. I got frustrated and went inside. There were tons of people standing around with no employee to help in sight. I went back to the drive thru and actually walked up to the window saying hey I’ve been waiting 20 minutes what the heck and it turned out they completely forgot about me. They apologized but didn’t offer any kind of discount or voucher for a future order. They regularly forget to add sauces and fries and just generally mess up the orders kind of a lot, even for a McDonald’s. The only hand dryer in the women’s bathroom has been broken for months and there are no paper towels or other options to dry your hands in there. I’ve lived other places and regularly gone to other McDonald’s locations and none were as bad as this one.
After a long day, I always love to see a lettuce wrapped burger like this. Absolutely made my evening for some reason haha. Who ever wrapped it thank you. Gluten allergies are no fun but this made it better. It was also very good
