I recently visited this McDonald’s and had an overall pleasant experience. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and my order was served promptly. The food was fresh and met my expectations, maintaining the classic taste that McDonald’s is known for. However, I was disappointed with the coffee—it was served cold, which affected my enjoyment of the beverage. I was hoping for a hot, energizing cup to accompany my meal, so this aspect fell short. I have experienced similar at McDonald’s too, so I think its not a problem with this restaurant in specific. Hope they can pay more attention to serving temperatures in the future, but aside from that, it was a good visit.
I love McDonalds coffee and muffins but honestly done with this location. The service is trash, most, not all, of the workers are rude for no reason and they just don't care.nGot a coffee there this afternoon and the bottom was full of coffee grounds. This is the third or fourth time this happened from here. GARBAGE.

The bagel with cream cheese was also quite good, fresh and well-prepared. However, I was disappointed to find that they only had unsalted butter for the bagel. I personally prefer salted butter, which adds a richer flavor, so this was a letdown.nnAdditionally, the cleanliness of the washroom left much to be desired. It didn’t match the otherwise decent standards of the restaurant, and I hope they address this issue promptly.nnWhile the food and coffee were enjoyable, a few improvements in the availability of options and cleanliness could elevate the overall experience. If you’re stopping by for coffee or a quick bite, it’s still worth a visit, but a little extra attention to detail would go a long way. I hope cleanliness will improve.nnThank you
September 6, 2023 nVisited for my morning coffee. Customer service was excellent, I'm quite impressed cause that is back to back excellent service. My coffee tasted a little watered down and not enough sugar, 5/10.nnSeptember 1, 2023 nI swung by McDonald's for my morning coffee. Once again, the employee who took my order was cheerful and friendly. Even the employee at the window who handed me my order was friendly. Although I wished the coffee had been stirred better and wasn't exactly to my liking I'd rate it 7/10, it wasn't terrible. All in all, I was satisfied with the overall experience.nnAug 10, 2023 nThe parking lot kept clean, and the drive-through moved quickly. The employee that took the order was polite and patient. The young lady who took payment was welcoming and used my first name to greet me. Also, the person that gave us the order was pleasant. The food was good and the coffee was hot, I couldn't ask for anything more!
Used the app, it did not recognize my location. The app provides a code to correct this. I called them with the code and they just kept demanding on knowing where i was and wouldn't make my free coffee yes i was redeeming points trash the mcdonalds app I've never had this issue with the tim hortons one stick to that Terrible customer service
