Wow, I'm impressed. This McDonald's has been open for about 6 months now, and I have just recently started coming to it. First drive thru and now inside. I rarely come for the food, maybe the occasional muffin, apple pie, or value menu item. But I love the coffee, and they have their main competitor beat by far price wise, 1.75 for extra large and Tim Hortons 2.78 for extra large The layout and design of restaurant was well planned. Wheel chair parking and accessibility are outstanding. Service is excellent as well, and they will even come by table with a refill for your coffee if you let them know.
This is one of the best McDonald's locations. The restaurant is always clean even when it's busy. The staff is always very nice, they don't make as many mistakes as I've experienced at other locations. They are great, my food is usually always fresh and good. The only time I haven't been satisified with my food is much later in the evening, during the night/graveyard shift. I've gotten a couple burgers that were completely soaked in grease. The buns were shiny, wet and squishy with grease, wasn't even edible. You could tell the fries weren't very fresh either. Definitely needs a little more quality control during the very late slow hours but otherwise, I have zero complaints! Anytime during the day my food has been excellent and received great service.
Exceptionally clean environment. Amazing customer service. Staff seemed organized, my food was served quickly and as far as McDonalds quality goes,it was perfect. However, with the price increases the over all value of the food was not with what I paid.
Ordwred thru app and used points, was asked to pay. Confirmed point and still wanted me to pay, I left and called the manager and he confirmed the order and offered me to come back and my name was in the book. Went back the next day to claim and not write down, lost 14000 points. Not impressed with my 2 last and final visits to this location. Had to call McDs corporate to get my points back, that I may not use over this.... Be weary
I waited in line behind one person for 15 minutes before I decided to drive away the person in front of me wasn’t told to move forward or anything and I sat their waiting fast food is meant to be fast not take 15+ minutes to just get to the pay window when their is a single person in front of me awful experience
