Got charged for a full order but half was missing once received. Half the items were at the very bottom of the bag covered in about 3 inches of napkins the other half missing. 4 breakfast burritos ordered and asked to make sure salsa was included. We received only 2 and no salsa. Was charged for 4 and never got them. Never leave this location without going through your bag top to bottom right there at the window.
So do the workers not have to wear gloves while preparing food anymore? Its pretty nasty watching people man handle your food. I only saw one lady use gloves while touching the food.
Our experience was good. I like to use the McDonald’s app in store. I can do my order on the app and then have it delivered to my table. This is a very nice restaurant, it is clean and well lit. The washroom facilities are clean also. There is lots of parking available. The staff we dealt with was friendly and helpful.
Went through drive thru on Saturday Oct 25, around 2 AM. The customer service was very bad, we felt really rushed when we were ordering and the tone was not it. He also kept telling us to repeat what we were saying when I was saying everything very clearly. I remember the guy that served us and he was a white man, kinda chubby, with a shaved beard. He handed out our order to us without looking and made us adjust to it. I also asked for sauce for our nuggets and he just plainly ignored us and he had the audacity to look back at us. The customer service was not it and so was the food, this wasn’t the first time i experienced this and 10/10 would recommend to not go to this place
I drive a Freightliner tow truck it can't fit in the Drive-Thru so I went up to the window to knock and the two employees there ignored me they would not take my order so I drove the big Freightliner through their drive-thru and got food
