This is my BLT bagel.nThe lettuce was so badly wilted and didn't even cover the bagel... the tomato was clearly not covering the bagel... and the bacon lol what a joke.nFor a bacon, lettuce and tomato bagel, McDonald's failed miserably. I didn't dare eat the lettuce... and if I wanted a plain everything bagel, I could have went to Tim Hortons just down the street and got one.nVery disappointed!!!!
Went to McDonalds for an ice cream sundae and I was given the smallest cup of ice cream what you see in the first picture. I asked for the employee to please fill it to the top. He took my sundae and came back saying he couldn't add any more, and his manager said he actually over filled it. So, I drove to St. Thomas and got another sundae and thats the second picture, and thats what you would expect! Super disapointed in the management in Aylmer.. I understand the icecream is on sale right now.. but dont be so cheap! Guess we are driving to st thomas after soccer every week then
At 10:45 am I ordered 2 mighty mcgriddles for pickup, and when I came in at 10:55 to pick it up I got told that they were no longer serving mcgriddles. It's really ironic that they say breakfast ends at 11, when I can order 15 minutes before it ends and still get denied. I then swapped to mighty mcmuffins instead, and still got charged for mighty mcgriddles. So they couldn't make my food 20 minutes before ending pancake breakfast, but still had the courtesy to charge me for it. They also gave me an iced coffee that was over halfway filled with ice. So I got little to no coffee. Yeah it's supposed to have ice, but I didn't pay 4$ for ice? Overall, really terrible experience. Also, I worked at the Tillsonburg location and we always served mcgriddles right until 11. Closing up shop early is a clear sign of lazy staff that wanna do the bare minimum.
Evening manager was very rude and complained right in front of my family about how big our order was “on a football night” the words that had came out of her mouth were “ really all large fry meals, and a poutine. Not to mention it’s a football night” I’m sorry that my family wanted to come to this fast food place and enjoy some food but really 3 meals shouldn’t be that hard to make… if I could give 0 stars I would for that manager.
Quite slow but understand that it's a very small kitchen attached to a gas station. Most of the time it sounds like they hate their job over the loudspeaker...I would too lolnIf you want Mc Donald's that's what you're getting. Service aside
