Today I went through and my order was made incorrectly.. no problem. I went back through the drive thru and explained. When I got to the window, the girl asked to see my order that was made incorrectly. She grabbed with her hands my chewed up and spit out burger and brought it inside the window to inspect. Moved the bun around with her fingers. Then she tried to hand it back to me !!! When I told her how disgusting that is, she said “um, it’s your food!” Very sneakily. This is completely against inspection standards. She touched my spit out chewed up burger and now is off to make other customers lunch….. I was so disgusted. Anyways they gave me my second order which was messed up again as well. I was too disgusted to go back and will be complaining to the health board.
Im sorry this is just to funny not to mention.nThe 2 knives for the poutine and the super burnt and rock hard bun is fun,nAs well the guy making all the sandwiches had no gloves and was touching everything around the kitchen.nnOther than that amazing service the staff at the till are so kind props to them
paid for a large fry, got pretty much a medium since it wasn't even full. Service was super slow. They had five cars waiting, but they don't have the space for cars to be waiting. Staff were nice though. I much rather Tilsonburgs, and will be driving the extra 15 minutes next time.
Mc’D staff not sone their duty well in night shifts. I pay more for extra stuff and they didn’t add. Hahahah lost my money.
We arrived at this place at 3:50 in the am after sitting in a hospital and watching our loved one leave this world… there was an angel that greeted us at this time… they didn’t serve breakfast until 4, but after not eating for 18 hours let us order breakfast. We were starving after a very long day.. she made us a fresh breakfast on a day that we felt the world crumbling. She made sure we had more than we ordered and the service was incredible…. It may not seem like much to most. But on a day that we felt was crumbling around us, she was a shining bright light. I don’t know who you are, but we appreciate you. We cannot thank you enough. You gave us hope on a very dark day. Thank you
