Disgusting behaviour from some of the staff. Their fast food restaurant isn’t exactly fast at all, more so, the opposite of fast.nnBelow, I’ve attached a photo of the restaurant. You guys don’t clean the store as often as it should be cleaned. They also don’t clean the mop bucket water and most of the time, they’re “cleaning” the floor with dirty, old mop water.nMost of the time, their food is poor quality, cold, and 70% of the time they over-salt their fries. I understand this is one of the busiest McDonald’s in the area but you can’t run a business like this if this persists, try hiring more dedicated staff.nMcDonalds @ 153 lincoln, I hope you proceed with next steps on teaching your staff to stop being lazy when at work and I hope you take these notes into consideration although you probably won’t.
They got my order wrong when I went through the drive thru. I noticed only after leaving and called. Jen was so nice and told me to come back. She offered a refund and gave me the food I had initially ordered. I appreciated her kindness!
I ordered a chicken asiago combo through the drive thru. I was one of two cars sent up to park in mobile order parking; the parking was tight and awkward. After 10 minutes of waiting, I was brought the wrong order. The receipt was at the bottom the bag which did show the order that was expected. My guess is that drive thru times are more important to management than customer service.
I take my family here every so often first thing in the morning for breakfast. I'm always very impressed with the speed and accuracy of our ever changing orders. The staff are always professional, polite and attentive. By far the best McDonald's location I've visited in Ontario.nKeep up the great work!!!!
Food was good but self serve fountain drink area was closed off. My drink was mostly filled with icenot sure if you can order no or light ice on app and would they would not offer a refill. She was happy to sell me another one, I declined. I won’t return and hope all McDonald’s aren’t following this policy
