We stopped by this spot on the way back to Toronto. We did dine in for a couple of ice creams.nnThe location was not really clean and the orders of 5 simple vanilla cones took forever to get ready.nnThere was a couple of kids running around and they seemed like they are confused. I asked them a few times that my kids are waiting for the ice creams and each one of them called another one to get the ice cream machine ready. Finally someone helped us which seemed to be aware of how to do it.nnThe place was not really clean and the floor was sticky. The soda dispencer and the counter was not clean at all and it was super sticky all around.nnThe washrooms were ok, however the soap was not really working.nnThe only good thing here is the drive thru that we did not use at the time.nnOverall, I think they need to hire and train their staff more efficiently and streamline their hiring so less time is wasted for orders.
Been here several times and the fries are not fresh every time. One order tastes like they re fried it. Dark and hard to bite.
When I tried ordering, there was no one at the front counter so I had to wait. That was fine for me so I waited, but soon I had waited about 5 minutes, and started to get a little bit irritated at how long it was taking for a work to just come out and take an order, and mind you, this was not a busy time, the store was practically empty. Then a worker came to the front counter. I thought they were going to take my order, but instead they were just taking a drive thru order, and when done, instead of taking my order, they went to the back to do who knows what. That got me mad because now I’ve been waiting a while and someone came out and still hasn’t taken my order. Then another worker came out and stared at me so I thought they were going to take my order but instead went back into the back! This is so frustrating because all I want is for someone to take my order. Is that really that hard when there are practically no customers?
I ordered the new creamy parmesian and bacon quarter pounder and the amount of sauce was nonexistent and the onions were not included. I went back around to request it as advertised but instead I got some attitude and a poor excuse. Anywho compared to when this mcdonalds first opened to now the quality has gone down hill and the staff are a disaster
This is a busy McDonald's for sunday night and it's because of the PlayPlace for kids. Good place for kids to spend some time and play around the PlayPlace then grab a quick bite like Happy Meal. The PlayPlace was pretty clean and my son had a great time. In general the whole place was clean, the staff clearing and cleaning tables were excellent and very efficient and soon you get seated. The service was slow due to crowds or they are bad at keeping up with orders. The food is what you expect from McDonald’s but like many others we have been to. There are a lot of parking spots available, and you could also order a drive thru.
