DEFINITELY go here then.nnIf none of the above appeals to you, then avoid this location like the plague, because even their “grand re-opening” wasn’t something they even bothered to ensure the food quality was up to par.nnTo demonstrate, I have attached a photo of how they prepared the new BBQ Western Quarter Pounder burger for me.
Literally went to order a large fry at 6am and the chick was like “ok” and then handed me a large WATER. And then proceeded to tell me “we’re only serving breakfast food at this time” after I got to the second window like?? you could’ve said that before but nah girl handed me a large water and took my money. Teach your staff how to communicate beforehand.
An absolutely horrible experience, paid for my order when I was a kilometre and a half away on the app. Waited in the drive-through for four vehicles to get their orders. All of us sent to the wait for pick up line. Waited 10 minutes outside. Went inside, nobody at the counter I ignored. Another customer very irate also ignored. Finally a manager comes out to rescue a poor girl that’s been, kind of helping people. The manager helps the irate customer. Then walk away without asking him if he needs any condiments. Starts walking away. I yell excuse me, hey, can you help me just keep going. Wait, another five minutes. Finally get my money back. So angry.I order and pick up from this McDonald’s all the time. Beyond frustrated. Left with a refund and no food, my order said order collected – was never given food.
The employees clearly can't count because I ordered a 20 piece chicken mcnuggets and I only got 17! Also was short on barbecue sauce. Food was decent but I was definitely unhappy with the service. Wouldn't recommend this location and you should just go to the one close to St.Albert centre instead where the service is better.
I went in with a coupon it was valid has a picture of a chicken mcmuffin on it and says on the back that it's valid for all mcmuffins besides the mighty mcmuffin and the mcgriddles bit when I ask to order 2 of them she refuses and doesn't even take my coupon and when I say it doesn't say it's not allowed or it doesn't say anywhere that I can't order that item plus it has a picture of one and says exactly what isn't allowed to be ordered with this coupon and she refuses my service
