Not impressed, we ordered the new Big Arch burgers. They were missing the sauce and crispy onions. We called to tell the problem and they said to come back again and they would fix the problem. When we went back to replace the manager said No they would not do. Terrible customer service and disappointing that they didn’t get our order correct.
Bought ice cream. It’s not ice cream. I have no idea what it is but don’t taste like it melt like it even. Got hot fudge Sunday and it’s just cold chocolate not the fudge it used to be. No longer buying ice cream here or any McDonald’s anymore. I threw away and my dad threw away his cone too.
I usually write positive reviews about places but this was a bad experience. I ordered a Spicy Habanaro McChicken and this is what I got. Is this really what McDonald's promises? You order looking at the picture that they show on the menu and this is what you pay for.. this is wrong on so many levels.nThe burger was dry, flavorless and tasteless. When I requested for extra Habanaro while the order was still in process, the guy handed me two sachets of mayonnaise and ignored my existence. Same person who took my order.nCustomer service was very poor, as the guy who took my order was least interested and was busy communicating on whatever device he had stuck to his ear. The place was not even busy, there were just 2 more customers already done with their meal and drive through was empty as well.nThis is not what I had in mind when I entered McDonald's. They should serve each customer with repect and deliver the product they actually show.
Worse macdonald ever lady didn't serve me because of the guy I was with she didn't like him, it took me a while to get their. I don't have any food at my place and I didn't do anything wrong and she has so much hatred for people. I don't even know anyone. She should not be serving or dealing with people as clearly she doesn't have any kind of respect for anyone. I asked the guy why did she hate him he said just because I paid in change and she didn like it
