All my McDonald's reviews are the same. Strongly dislike the remodel. Minimum security vibes. Strongly dislike the removal of self serve pop. Actually like the kiosk ordering, its fast and you can see all the options. I try to choose healthier options for lunch, but for breakfast McDonald's is still king. Any of the original breakfast sandwiches are usually excellent and not bad for you. However lately I noticed the hash browns at all locations have changed? It seems like they are still crispy on the outside, but there is no longer texture on the inside. It used to have little cubes of potato, now I'm not really sure, more of a crushed potato consistency.
Do not under any circumstances go in store to order. Do not order to a table. They heavily prioritize drive-through above all else. You can go through the drive through and get your stuff in 5min, park, then come inside to eat. Otherwise you will be waiting 30-45min in store. Thats if they don't lose or mixup your order due to poor staff training of batch clearing orders from the display board without having actually served all of them. This is 100% a drive-thru only location.
We ordered mcveggie meal it was great and fresh thanks to navneet for this great service.
I came here on Saturday and ordered a Junior Chicken McValue Meal in the drive thru. After I pulled out I noticed they didn’t give me a straw or a mayo packet I paid for it. I was really annoyed that the mayo was missing because I paid for it. I also think that 50 cents for a mayo packet is way too much. Instead of asking for it at the end, I always pay for it while I’m ordering, so I was really annoyed that they didn’t put it in the bag. I went inside the restaurant to ask for the mayo, and there was no apology. The girl just said “here you go”. The service was really rude and rushed. I understand that they’re busy, but just take a second to make sure that all the items are in the bag.
Went to the drive through on my lunch break and given that I only had 30 minutes I picked the place closest to me. I waited 15 minutes for my food and my order was wrong. Didn't have enough time to go inside and correct it.
