I ordered a black coffee and a bagel with butter. They took extra long to bring the bagel out with no butter. Must be a hard order to make. I feel this McDonald’s is looking for reasons to mess up your order and ruin your morning at the same time
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of attention to cleanliness at this establishment. Upon entering through the main entrance, I witnessed a dog urinate near the first kiosk, and to my surprise, none of the employees took action to clean the area. Several staff members walked past without addressing the issue, which raises concerns about the overall hygiene and upkeep of the facility. This experience reflects poorly on the management and their standards for customer service.
Why is it always a hassle to eat here. I learned not to go inside the wait is ridiculous but now they always tell me to park and wait for my food. I’ve been sitting in drive thru line for 10 min now I’m parked for 10 min so far and still no food!nnJust got my food and my fries are cold for being so busy. How on earth do they get cold fries?

Last night I was delivering food with uber eats. It was around 1am , I went to the drive thru to pick up my order but they say me to come inside to pick it up. Then I went inside but on the delivery window there was nobody and I waited there for like more 15 mins but nobody show up there and I keep on knocking the window but still no response. Then I ended up wasting my 20 minutes and have to cancel the order from my side which really ruins the customer experience to wait for his food for too long. I suggest you to no order from this mcdonalds.nThank you
