Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and service all around in general. The drive thru only had 2 people in it, I was the 3rd in line. Nobody at the speaker said it'll be at least 3-4 minutes of a wait for food. When we got to the window, some guy in a black turban said it will be 3-4 minutes of a wait and asked for us to pull to the front of the restaurant. First off, there was nowhere to park at all, so it was getting really hazardous in the parking lot, almost causing accidents. It was almost 10 minutes that I was waiting for when I went inside and has to ask for my meal. Only 2 people in the restaurant line, and there was we'll over 10 employees there...yet nobody seemed to be doing anything or communicating. I complained to them, and then didn't say a word. No apologies, nothing. Just a dead stare like they didn't care. I don't know who is managing this place, but they definitely need to be replaced or have A LOT more training. I'll drive an extra 10 minutes to a different location which provides better service and everything overall.
We travelled from Calgary and we were staying right next to it in Best Western. Afrer swimming we were tired and little hungry so we ordered something. The first order got cancelled in 15 mins and then the next order tool 30 mins to arrive even while having Uber One subscription.nnI was tracking my food and the uber driver reached location on time but he still had to wait because of slow staff work and the food we received was not at all good, which only made our nights worse.nnPlease check the reviews before ordering food from here and McDonald's please look into this location if you can improve it then please do.
Update:nA friend grabbed dinner from this location—I should have warned him. We got our Big Mac's - the top bun and middle bun were on top of one another and the two patties were piled on top of one another.nnAs for the rest of the ingredients—they actually only made it half way onto the burger itself but were thrown into the box.n•••nI've never had a decent meal from this location.nnHow do you mess up a cheeseburger and fries? Well, they can. At least salt the fries and we may not notice how dried out they are—that's a joke, not as good a one as their food and service though ;nnThe burgers were overdone, the cheese half on half off, the buns were stale, one pickle, no mustard.nnThe service is terrible, save for one woman with the colored hair who I think is a manager—she knows what she's doing and she's always pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, she wasn't there today.nnThe rest seem to be pretty bothered that they have to deal with you. A couple of them getting frustrated and tossing food bags around.nnIf you walk in, expect to wait up to half an hour, without even being acknowledged. We were not the only ones in line and they were not understaffed, I saw at least 10 staff members.nnDrive-thru gets served first, then the people who use the kiosk even though they come in after you, then the Skip The Dishes people, then the walk-ins—doesn't matter if you were there first.nnA&W is across the street, Tim Hortons and Burger King are just 1/2 a block up the street and Dairy Queen 1/2 a block down the other way—jus sayin'.
Probably one of the worst ones I have been to. Half of the staff has no manners at all, the other half are miserable. There are a few good ones mixed in. The food is rarely done properly and has to be brought back repeatedly, still get it wrong even after telling them of allergies. Almost always out of one thing or another, not long ago it was buns and not long before that it was fries, Coke syrup, ice cream I know it’s always broken and the list goes on. If you are able I would advise going to Abby if you have the time and energy.
Ordered from here multiple times and they always underfill all drinks. The only McDonald's on my way back to Surrey and they have constantly underfilled all my mcflurrys and smoothies. Service is also rude, and slow. Do not recommend this location avoid it like a plague. Here's a picture of my most recent McFlurry, less than a snack size and I ordered a regular.
