I never eat McDonalds because i think their food is disgusting, but on Christmas day they were the only fast food open so I grabbed some before going to work. I placed a mobile order to make things quick, when i checked in I waited about 10 minutes, for an employee to come out and tell me they did not have the product I ordered. I then asked what was equivalent as a replacement, I was told to wait a minute, she would be right back with alternatives. I saw her walk up to the drive thru window, and i expected her to come back to my car to ask me what I wanted. But no, she went right back inside. Puzzled, I sat there like an idiot for another 15 minutes, for her to come back out and hand me a bag with mystery food. I asked her what it was, and surely, it was something i did not want at all. Why did she order for me, picked what i was going to eat without even considering what i would want? And then of course when i got to work and looked at the food, it was a classic McDonalds burger, with all the ingredients everywhere but the burger. Overall horrible food and horrible service. This is why i do not eat at McDonalds restaurants.
Spent 10 min waiting at the drive through with no car ahead, seems to be short staffed and whatever staff is there don't appear to be overly committed or swift. Food was cold. Was the longest 25 minutes ... To order nuggets and fries
I ordered iced coffee, and although it was super busy and hectic at times, I got my order correct and within reasonable time limits. The staff was friendly and attentive to the needs of customers. I was then seated at a clean table and enjoyed my iced coffee break! I give it a 5 for everything. Thank you!
Late night take out is always a crap shoot. Not sure if the food will be hot. In this one instance fries were hot, quarter pounder acceptable but the fillet of fish was not warm and tasted like cardboard. Not acceptable
Not only did they mess up the order the first time but messed it up the second time apparently a double Big Mac only has 2 patties when it’s supposed to be 4 and the BLT had no tomatoes or bacon they’re lost in space.nnwont be returning at this location again!
