Very pushy customer service in the drive thru. Staff not paying attention to what I order. Wrong size fries & wrong seasoning for the Mc shakers. I went in they gave me the wrong seasoning again & been told that they don't do large size of fries from the Mc shakers. The other branch did large fries yesterday.
Little to no gravy on the poutine. This is after stirring it well to try and get it to spread but more than half of the fries are still plain
one guy on the headset said, they didn't have any food left for us to order, then this a woman got on the mic and let us order and then proceeded to give us free last apple pies and strawberry pie. w woman whoever worked at dons at 3:00am on aug 19 2024. you deserve a raise whoever you are!
Visited that location specifically for the play place, which is the reason this review is happening. We recently visited the play place at BK, and it was immaculate. The scent of cleaner was in the air and there was absolutely not even a crumb visible. We figured all play places would be maintained at this standard, at least close to, or with an indication that there is some concern about hygiene… and so we tried the McDonald’s on Norwich morning visit. It was nothing in comparison. Dirty would be an understatement. No evidence of cleanliness for very likely, days as there was dirt particles, crumbs, old food, you name it, mixed in with clumps of hair, lining all the nooks and crannies, not to mention the stench was unbearable. I feel like we may have come home with a parasite or something… I will never take my daughter there. I’d rather hit up the BK a few doors down where I know they clean!
Only a few tables were being used but it took a while to find a somewhat clean table to eat at. I chose table service to avoid dragging my toddler through the restaurant while balancing the food and drinks. Food arrived to the table cold, empty cup and no napkins. Defeated the purpose of offering table service when I had to end up dragging my toddler through the restaurant in the broken high chair to fill the cup. Also had to request napkins at the front counter as the serving station was empty. Ants crawling on the floor, it appears as though the restaurant hasn't been cleaned all day. Garbages overflowing.
