Not one to complain about McDonalds food, its McDonalds food. ABSOLUTELY disappointed & disgusted with my big mac! Never have I ordered & received my food like this! There was SOOOO MUCH! Sauce that when i went to take a bite it fell apart, buns & lettuce were soggy from how much sauce! Was so grossed out, i didn’t eat it, made a bowl of noodles instead just a waste of money.
I’m giving McDonald’s a one-star review for the first time ever. I visit this location often, but today was truly disappointing.nI ordered an ice cream cone and a chocolate sundae, but instead of a cone, I was just given a cup of completely melted ice cream. When I told them I had ordered a cone, I expected them to make a new one properly. Instead, I watched as they casually stuck three mini cones on top of the same melted ice cream and handed it back.nnThe photo shows what the “sundae” and “cone” looked like when I got them — completely liquid and already melting everywhere. My car seat and floor are now sticky and messy because of it.nnThe staff seemed impatient and unfriendly throughout, and didn’t take the issue seriously at all. Really hope management can improve both product quality my chicken burger also overcookedand customer service attitude.
Was excited to try their new drink menu. Went the first night and asked for the new creamy strawberry coke and asked for it to be made with Coke Zero since I have to watch my sugar intake.. the lady at the window didn’t give any push back and said that was no problem and had it made for me..I enjoyed it so much I went today for another one .. asked for it to be made with Coke Zero again and was told they aren’t aloud to make substitutions. I told them that a lady made it for me before with no problems and just told “ya we can’t do that I don’t know why she did that for you” . Not only upset with the lack of consistency from your employees but also not offering any sugar free options for the new drinks is pretty upsetting too.
We showed up at 3am for McDonald’s, ordered about 60 bucks worth of food. Wait in the drive thru for about 20 minutes. We get two bags, and leave. About 2 minutes away we realize we are missing 3 burgers and a fry, all paid for. No receipt in the bag. We go back, say what happened, the man was respectful. The woman in the window however, was not. She refused to listen to what I had to say I was frustrated but I was still respectful, she’s a human we make mistakes I tried to explain we were missing the food and she said we had it and closed the window. I held up the two bags and said we didn’t have it and asked for my receipt. She gave it and still demanded we had it all. It was 60 bucks worth of food, it doesn’t fit into two bags, one big and one medium. She tells us to leave and while we pull away she sticks her tongue out and laughs. I will admit my passengers were disrespectful towards her, but I think the situation could’ve been handled better.
This mcdonal and its staff the ambience, the cleanliness all sucks. The staff was rude and washroom was locked when i requested the staff they said that its not clean and they dont have another washroom. Just teo benches to sit, out if which one was dirty.
