Disgusting location. The staff and management simply don’t care.nnI tried to bring my family for a quick meal around 3pm, the restaurant was not busy. Took 20 minutes just to order because the staff didn’t speak English. The other family we were with tried to order from the kiosk and 2/4 broke down. The bathrooms were a hazardous mess, the ketchup/drink station was a mess, garbages overflowingnnIn over an hour and a half of being at the restaurant, not a single garbage was changed, the ketchup was not refilled despite notifying staff several times. No staff were wearing hairnets or beard nets, several were seen on their phones texting in the kitchennnMcDonald corporate needs to step in.
This place has made me park 95% of the time when I go to the drive through no matter what the order is, typically it’s one item like a McDouble or wrap. There is not reason for this since there are other locations twice as busy and can handle it. I’m not impressed to be completely fair, if I wanted to park, I would dine in.
I want to take a moment to recognize a McDonald’s employee named Lovekaran I hope I’m pronouncing his name correctly. I honestly haven’t had such a positive experience in a fast-food restaurant in at least five years.nnIt was very clear that this guy either truly loves his job, loves kids — or both — and was simply having a wonderful day and sharing that energy with everyone around him.nnWe ordered my 5-year-old son a burger with no pickles. Of course, my son found one pickle and, being a serious little complainer, made a big deal out of it. I jokingly told him to go complain — and he actually did.nnLovekaran listened to my son so attentively and respectfully, like he genuinely mattered. What impressed me most was that he didn’t push another burger or rush the situation. Instead, he calmly told my son that once he finished his meal, he could come back for an ice cream. That small gesture meant a lot — my son felt heard, respected, and happy.nnThis kind of kindness and patience is rare, especially in fast-food environments. Employees like Lovekaran make a real difference and leave a lasting impression.nnHe absolutely deserves recognition — and honestly, a raise.
Absolutely terrible service at this McDonald’s. We specifically ordered two ice creams—one caramel and one chocolate. I double-checked the order twice to make sure they got it right. Instead, they messed it up completely. We got one caramel and the other one was just plain ice cream with no chocolate at all. When we asked them to fix it, they literally dumped the plain ice cream into a cup, threw a spoonful of chocolate on top, and called it a day. We even have photos of this nonsense. Honestly, it was a ridiculous experience and a complete joke.
As per usual the kiosk didn’t print the receipt so you’re left wondering what your order number is. All OJ is frozen at 0930 - seriously? Food was typical for McD so just a 2/5.
