WORST EXPERIENCE, There was a manager she was a Philippine. She was rude as hell, they made my coffee wrong and i asked her there should be this as well she said you ordered wrong it’s on you i was like you don’t have to be rude and she started yelling saying i should not be rude whereas all I said was i need whip-cream on it how hard it can be. I ordered a big mac NO MEAT and this is what I got. And then they teach you how to order, do you know how to make food.nThis was my second bad experience.
As a late night drive turned in to wanting McDonald’s I walked in and ordered a hamburger and a large fry, when I received the fry the fries were stale and orange like they have been sitting in oil for a while. After I tried a few fries I realized they do not taste like McDonald’s fries rather they taste like garbage. I walked back to the counter where I was greeted by a worker and asked for a change of fries since of the issue I was having and she said yes no problem! She proceeds to start throwing the fries out then the manager comes up and says what’s the issue. As I explained the issue the manager started yelling and was accusing me of eating half of the French fries and then says where are all of your fries sir after the worker threw out half of the box. She then proceeds to say “our fries are cooked in oil not water” in a yelling voice since I said it tastes like it has been sitting in oil. So after a little argument and screaming from the manager she changed the fries to a fresh batch with then tasted better like McDonald’s fries. Overall horrible service from the manager and it ruined my whole McDonald’s experience and because of this I will never be visiting this McDonald’s again. I wish the managers understood that they have customers paying for their food which has a reputation to follow and not to scream and yell at customers asking for a fresh batch of fries.nThanks,nNoam
I ordered my food and it took to long for a just a fries. The lady offered free drinks for a group of girls and she offered them ice cream and she was rlly nice abt it . and when I asked about my order she said in a loud tone with a bad behaviour “OK ITS COMING WAIT” when I told her “ I didn’t say anything be nice” she tells the other employees that I always come and complain and I was suprised because it’s my first time here and got a bad experience never coming here againnnThe lady was with a blond hair and she seems a supervisor. Her name was “ PRIYA “ that what she SAID.
I understand why McDonald's has a low rating in this location. When I entered, there was an unpleasant smell and the drinks section was full of trash. Even though my team was the only customer at dawn, we had to wait a long time for our order. I ordered a double Big Mac, but I was given a regular Big Mac instead. After reading the reviews, it seems like this has happened to other customers as well. I suggest re-training the staff or hiring someone who can read the menu clearly.
If I could give this location a 0 star rating I would. Terrible service. Allowed an order to be placed online and the when arrived for pick up advised there was no food available. These employees have 0 common sense or idea of customer service. Order was placed well before their supposed cutoff time for breakfast changeover they just didn't process it when the order was placed well in advance. @mcdonalds take note of who was working your drive thru at this exact time. Their customer service skills are non existent and they have no purpose working in the service industry. People like this are why I don't tip at takeout at fast food restaurants
