Ordered two burgers one of the burgers was supposed to have bacon did not have bacon brought it back up to see if I could get bacon was given back to me it was nothing but a sloppy ordered a Thai chili grilled chicken wrap had to bring that back up as it had almost no lettuce no sauce no cucumber at all on it when I had ordered extra brought it back up to get exchanged was brought back to me with all the extras but an absolute sloppy mess could not take a bite without getting a mouth full of sauce absolutely disgusting will never be coming back to this establishment again it was absolutely awful I feel bad for the young ones working there but it's absolutely awful we'll never be going backnAs well they where opening bugers to see what they where very disorganized
Went in for a quick bite, the area was clean and modern. The staff were doing fantastic. Our order was accurate and fresh. They appeared short staffed but things were still coming across the counter. Great mcdonalds.
Service was terrible not only didn’t the person in drive through have no patience that when my debit card tapped the debit machine he ripped it back pulling my card out of my hand but my food was also made wrong to what I ordered all burgers had onions when I ordered no onions on all then when I went back waited a good amount of time before someone would talk to me and when they did the girl in the kitchen expressed how there’s no way they were all made wrong and proceeded to repeat and talk to her co workers mumbling what I’m sure wasn’t good things and making some pretty rude faces in our direction and making the most messy burgers I’ve even seen. This isn’t the first time my orders have been wrong, and have also been told multiple complaints about this place from friends aswell as coworkers. Would most definitely recommend driving to New Minas to get some Dons
Absolutely pathetic. This the 3rd time in a row I've had my wrap made wrong . Like are you kidding me it's simple . Listen to the order . Make it the way wenask and earn your pay check . I might as well be paying a fish to climb a tree it would do a better job . Tsk tsk do better .
Smelled like pee in the dining room. Also , not this restaurants fault, the big macs are now smaller
