SLOW SERVICE!!! they take forever to make up a simple order and when someone in front of you has ordered a huge meal, they dont send them to the reserved spot so then by the time i get my coffee, its cold. they constantly mess up simple orders which makes me have to go back to get it corrected. theres almost no redeemable qualities about this mcdonalds as the service is slow and terrible, the food is usually cold by the time its served to me, constant mistakes and the employees take forever to acknowledge you are there and move at snail speed to do their job
Great place to relax on the way to Quebec
Service was slow, the restaurant was filthy, the garbages were full. We ordered 3 things. Took 25 minutes for our order to be ready and we had 2 mistakes on one of the 3 things. When I went to ask for what I ordered, I received the most bored and uncaring face from the girl behind the counter.nNever going to this McDonald's again.
Worst place ever. Slowest service and orders are always wrong. Save your time and money and don’t go here.
Slow service. Sorry very slow ! Worst McDonald’s out there. I should maybe add the employees are incompetent when they make you wait over 10 mins for a coffee… as they say it is brewing! It was just waiting in the counter. Just a bunch of kids working there with no true service. By far should close this McDonald’s. It would help headquarters. I’m better off at Tim Horton’s!
