Outstanding service! The staff here are amazing, and Taoufik truly stands out. He is exceptionally friendly, courteous, and dedicated to his work. I honestly believe we haven’t encountered a McDonald’s employee with such professionalism and kindness in a very long time. He is a real asset to the team and makes every visit a pleasure.
First it was a hassle to understand the person and for them to hear us, They screwed up the order 3 times during ordering, They could not find the code for a meal so we had to pay separately which cost more and then at the end, we did not even GET the meal as they screwed that up. This was the worst experience I have ever had at ANY McDonald's. I will never go to this location again.
I just wanted to say thank you for charging me for the large fries but only giving me a medium amount!... I mean I thought I wanted more fries but I guess you felt I didn't but felt ok keeping my money that apparently just purchased air!nnOh, I guess you thought I like my fries cold too since they were as cold as the drinks... Which reminds me how my child's kids meal was even colder... But at least the yogurt was still good.nnAnd honestly if the patty is as thick as paper... You might have left it on too long. A good way to tell this is if the patty starts crumbling when you try to move it... It's over done and you should try again.nnThat being said I have unfortunately had worse in Sussex but...nnI will keep ordering from the Riverview location it's just unfortunately this location is where the Door dash app ordered it from.
I don't know why kids like McDonald's. But, I find that they make no effort into improving the quality of their food. Unhealthy and tastes bad.nNo salad at all ! The fish Burger does not include vegetables and the fish itself is very industrialised!nFries are often very salty.nThough, I like the whipped salted butter that they serve with the pancakes. But, please change the hotcakes syrup, it's no good.
We love this location. Makes for a nice occasional treat. However, today I grabbed a sandwich and it was completely burnt. Makes me question if employees are trained about not serving burnt food.
