Worst experience of my life . You need a new sales manager as she will be the reason why you will not have customers returning as there are others around .nFirst of all coming to the window she did not ask for the McDonald code and when I brought it up to the window she pulled the machine back,ignored me and took someone else’s order. What kind of service is this??nThen we ask for water and she is very rude about the cup situation. We understand the lack of cups but when I asked for 3 twice and she didn’t make any eye contact or give any indication that she heard me then turn around with attitude about us askingnPLEASE SEE PHOTOS after this mess she repeats the order and we agree then get handed this . What am I paying for ? RIP OFF, NO CARE FOR CUSTOMERS AND WANT YOU TO JUST LEAVE .nWould not recommend to anyone .
It was a perfect McDonald’s visit. All clean and spotless. And one guy was helping outside the guests if they need anything. I came around 6pm the manager was so kind and sweet when i asked about the veggie burger. She explained me as personally she said she is vegetarian too but we don’t have any veggie pAtty. But i want to try their burgers without meat patties. I gave it a try which i liked but i wish they had veggie burgers. Otherwise amazing experience. Will recommend
This is one of the worst McDonald's around and that's saying something. Because of their central location they can slide at providing mediocre and inconsistent and incorrect service often. Anytime I have to come here, they almost never fail to disappoint. Always check your food to make sure it is right. Yes you probably have to Go as far as to count the amount of nuggets you got because you can't count on them to get it right. Expect service to take forever even when the restaurant is empty. You can go inside and stand at the cash register and somehow everyone is busy and not there because they expect you have ordered online or through the kiosk. And if you ever use something like curbside pick up service expect to wait over 20 minutes. This time I used curbside pickup and they didn't even bother to drop it off and when I went inside the order was sitting there, restaurant empty also. Nobody put two and two together. I usually don't call corporate headquarters but the ineptitude of this establishment and lack of proper management is so severe that I actually picked up the phone and dialed a number to complain. If you have to compel some people to phone up someone in 2024, you know how garbage this establishment is. The genius of the stupidity and ineptitude of this Scott road location genuinely is impressive. I'm glad that it's a garbage experience because then when my nephew asks for a happy meal I can more often than not tell him we're going to have a fruit and banana instead. I hope McDonald's corporate actually reads this and understands how truly unacceptable this location has been for years.
The girl on drive thru was really rude. served uncooked large fries and cold burgers.
Great food, great prices if you use the App. Manager Sharon was super friendly and helpful and I appreciate her service.
