The person working the window was awesome and took down the item modifications such as no meat. But when we got our food the bagels were burnt and they was bacon on eggs. We were able to just pick off the bacon because it wasnt melted into the cheese. Twice now, ive been asked to pull over, wait for my order, which doesn’t come, i have to go in and get it. Then why even attempt the drivethru. If food cannot be ready like their reputation is, then hire more staff. While waiting for order, my milkshakes turned to water, even then had to go in and get my order. Not going there until these owners sell! Avoid at all costs. If other place are more money, its worth it for good service and correct orders.
Shout out to suk for being awesome server & understanding and never once done my orders wrong and always on top of everything. Amazing and friendly staff everyone is at McDonald's. Couldn't have asked for better service. Suk deserves a good raise!! She's never done wrong !Food: 5/5
As what is expected from fast food. It was fast, smooth ordering, and cool staff. I have previously ordered 2 cheese burgers and 1 blt burger with fries and coke. Also on another occassion a kind worker helped me choose a smooth drink to help with my wisdom teeth pain. He was fantastic : I must say though, with how much income the McDonalds franchises brings in, I think they can afford to give better lettuce, tomatoes, and thicker beef sized patties. They are really competing with A&W and I hope they step it up. Simply pay the workers more and look at improving the ingredient quality. I suggest teaming with local farmers whom have beef and cattle to supplement this. Thank you to the staff for keeping up the good work. Parking: I find the way the drive through and parking layout is placed, it is very awkward. Also side note, The entrance isn't wheelchair accessible.
The servers are nice and friendly, when they don't have something like the chicken for the wraps they let me know right away thank you to sukhman and the rest of the staff for the hospitality you provideFood: 3/5
I dont understand how a McDonald's could be so poorly managed that it is frustrating to tears just to order. The staff don't know the menu, they cannot seem to hear and there is no accountability by management to rectify this. It has progressively gotten worse in the last 8 months where today was the last straw my family and I will never be returning to this location. I am a diabetic and cannot even trust them to get diet coke with my order even though I was speaking directly with the counter person. In 8 months they have gotten my order correct a grand total of 3 times. Mcdonalds in Humboldt is the poorest example of the franchise. DO BETTER!!!!!
We unfortunately go here often because we have kids. If you want your order to be incorrect 98% of the time and/or be shorted on your meal, then this is the place for you! Even if you hold up the drive through line to see if they actually gave you the right amount of burgers and fries extremely rare, they short you on the size of fries or burger toppings or just amount of patties on your burger. Everyone I know has the exact same opion - I have never seen so many angry customers so consistently. I know a scam when I see one, and someone is scamming by shorting people - many times every day. Oh, and it seems their Frappuccino machine works for about a week and a half out of the year, every year. Do yourself a favor, and avoid this place
Staff did not know what they were talking about we wanted toys with the happy meals the said they had them twice then they said they only had a one ball then 2 toys come to the table and my cup had a holeFood: 3/5
