Great stop over restaurant along highway to Jasper. .located In one of the town along the highway. There are lots of other businesses on site including a gas station and a Tim hourtons across the road. The drive through is quite fast and staff are friendly. There is a restroom on site and accessible to all. There is a handful of free parking.
Its a fast food joint, so hanging out inside is rare for us. The team members were all pleasant and smiling and conversing with other guests, that is always nice to see. Looks like the burger was slapped together, no love or passion in that food making process. The place is clean for the most part, im sure they see a lot of traffic though.
Never had a complaint with this location. Would recommend using them for delivery over the other ones in the area. With that being said, Please don't get mad at the staff regarding the $0.15 bags. The Government is the one lying and F**king you. Not them. Until next time!
I had the Cilantro crispy chicken wrap. 2 bites in I thought I bit into a gob of snot! It still makes me gag thinking about it. I hadn't aye at a McDs in years. I'll never eat there EVER again! I couldn't take a pic as I was almost puking!Food: 1/5
Came here Saturday night and drive thru closed with employees just standing in the restaurant and it supposed to be 24/7. Had a hungry kid and nothing else was open. Pretty unprofessional if you ask me.Food: 1/5
How do I give a review of negative stars for this location? McDouble like a Mac? Nah, you get 2 patties and a bun. Sprite? Nah, they choose what you want to drink. Poutine? Nah, you get soggy fries in bathwater - most watered down nasty gravy I've ever had. Extra burger patties for dog? Sure, you get EXTRA grease and onions too though. Quarter pounder with no cheese? Nah. Why does McDonald's not care about cheese preferences? Do they not understand what lactose intolerant is? Or is it because it doesn't matter, seeing as their "cheese" is just scented plastic anyways? I basically just threw $25 in the garbage. Thanks McDonalds.
Managerial staff should be aware of when customers can hear them berating teen employees for needing to take a drink during a shift. Watching managers go on a power trip because they’re older than a child is nauseating and feels beyond unwelcoming. Manners maketh man: maybe if the managerial staff wasn’t running around trying to make everyone miserable by barking orders and threatening jobs in customer earshot, the rest of the staff wouldn’t seem downright suicidal. btw: extra sauce on a wrap means put it ON the wrap, not give me a packet so I have to open the wrap and put it on myself
The latch on the men's room stall is still missing, and there's usually bits of food left strewn about the tables. Nobody here really cares much about anything, pretty sure that will translate into the care they put into food prep.Food: 4/5
The mgr had pizza delivered and was eating it a table with non employee Asian friends in full view of all paying customers We were completely shocked instead of promoting McDonald's food where paychecks come from But on a good note we changed our minds and went got a pizza ....lol
It's McDonald's, nothing has changed food quality wise, only the prices. $13 for a quarter pounder with fries and drink. My first time into a McDonald's in over 2 yrs. Wish my wages went up as often as the cost of food.Food: 3/5
