0 stars. But since I have to give something a 1 star, food was cold and soggy. Missing items in my order. As someone who used to work in the fast food industry there is expiration time on any fries in the warmer and my fries were extremely over expiration they should not be this cold and soggy and missing items is also a big deal especially with the price of everything. And as a McDonalds it should have high standards and high quality. Unfortunately for this resteraunt it has poor quality and poor standards. Never again will I go to this McDonalds. The Manager and staff should be very ashamed of this quality of food even the burger was dry to the point where I had to throw it out.
Was told about hepatitis A being in the food at this location. On a drive to work with nothing but a small piece of chicken throughout the whole day I decided I needed to eat something and quick so I wouldn't be crabby and hungry at work, so decided to trust in this location. Order was 100% correct for two items and the small double cheeseburger looked amazing, however I am now heavily concerned with what I've put in my stomach considering every second or third time I bit into the burger there was a very noticeable bite in which was hard and almost crunchy, almost as if I were biting into raw and not properly cooked meat. I know Mcdonald's Isn't a healthy place to eat in the first place, but now I am concerned for my own health. Absolutely horrible.
Will never step foot in this location again. The garbage was overflowing. And customer service sucks. Everytime My bf and I order a coffee they either put too much sugar or not enough sugar in it. I just so happen to order coffee today at this location which was supposed to be XL 3cream and 1 sugar and L 3 cream and 3 cream. Instead got the opposite. so i went to front counter and asked the manager to fix and got the most rudest customer service ever. I think his name is Geno. Anyway after receiving the new made coffee i went back to my table. As i was about to drink my coffee thid ignorant manager came over and tried to cause a fight. To which i said i will get a refund and go to tims. Instead he gave us free meals. We got our food and the fries were cold. And my burger was not made properly cause it fell apart. Also i went to go order a bacon ranch wrap last week. And they gave me a wrap that was not fit to eat because of the spice.. Overall not satisfied with customer service from Geno and the way he gets order wrong.
Lately I been ordering at this location and after eat my meal I would feel little bit sick but the last time I went to McDonald’s and order a mango pineapple smoothie and 10 piece chicken nuggets and I came home later that night and got some insane food poisoning from the food got so sick that I woke up 6 times in the night to throw up and. When I was ordering my food inside they were not wearing glove and it been my 4th time I have noticed which is crazy because they just had a hepatitis case
this location had an employee working with Hepatitis A! The workers in the kitchen don't even wear gloves, I can't imagine they wash their hands much either. Everytime I go to this McDonald's the food is cold and soggy, the employees are rude, the service is extremely slow. Don't expect a quick lunch out of this location. I would Stay as FAR AWAY from this location as possible. The fact that they have spread hepatitis A, this location should be shut down and inspected. I will never be returning to this location again. Take your business across the street to the a&w, they run a clean, quick great fast food environment. And they won't infect you with diseases.
28 minutes in drive through to be ask to park in wait stall to make 2 cheese burgers Glad I didn't wait for my food Hep A break out in restaurant We were told last week I feel bad for the young people in there that is not how a work environment should be. Not even close Management is horrible won't answer phones.... Place should be shut down!
As a truck driver, sometimes I need to get food from the road being a celiac. 5 th time I visited this place and they're loving, professional and awesome . Had fresh chicken nuggets . Service with a smile, love you guys.Food: 5/5
Currently closed as of 9:50pm on 26 Dec 2022. Please try and change your timings online if you decide to close early. I totally get that its the Holiday season but we were here with an infant and while just sitting and trying to figure out what to do we saw a minimum of 10 cars come and check. Please please make sure you update any changes to location timings because it is just too much trouble.
I walked in with and was quickly greeted at the front by employee Luis who kindly helped me take my order which is rare at McDonald's locations and I thoroughly enjoyed my order.Food: 5/5
It is NOT 24 hours open. False marketing. Such a waste of time if you go at 2am or 3am even drive through is close.Service: 1/5
