Food always messed up. Rude workers. Slow, usually cold. Worst macdonalds forsure. Went in cause my burger top and toppings were smashed onto the top of my nuggets, rest of the burger in the box. Went in, worker snatched it away without an explanation as to why i went back. Then rudely slings the new 1 on the counter. Then i got into a verbal altercation with him and the female manager. Who was as rude as the worker. Even bad enough another customer stepped in to say i was in the right and pointed out the fact that no one had offered any type of apology. Then i was told never to go back..had been going there since it opened..never an incident. Gladly.
Ordered coffee. Sever sneezed in my cup and then served it to me. I kindly asked for a new coffee and she gave me the worst attitude. Manager saw the whole thing but was in shock and did nothing. Last time I was here for cheeseburger found a hair in my burger. They don’t wear hairnets. I’m not a food service expert but this location is dirty and they break a lot of food service rules.
Friendly staff and modern design. This location is quite spacious and thus you can still currently dine in. The food is the food like every McDonalds, but the staff are great.
I’ve ordered breakfast from here twice in the past two weeks and both times it was wrong. They gave me a credit for 1.85 that’s not even worth a breakfast sandwich. Idiots
Slow and incorrect. 50% of the machine ordering systems were working. The machines would take orders till payment then stop. No signage on the machines to indicate you are standing there wasting your time. Only 1 human cashier open. Orders numbers called out for the wrong order. Then wait again cause they would have to completely remake the order due to COVID. Pictures on the menu board should really reflect the care that goes into the product like the attachment.
I purchased a coffee this morning and the ice was melted and there was coffee grounds on the bottom of the cup. 3/10, and their prices just went up from $1 to $2.80 but the quality went down.
Went in for a quick lunch and there was a mix up in the order and the server got mad and disagreed and than as we were eating you could hear her complain and talking to others making everyone clearly uncomfortable and openly saying can I buy this since I made it wrong for her to other coworkers. I come here on my lunch’s often as it’s quick and easy but to have experienced this just threw me off.
Extremely rushed and inexperienced, may take some time until they get in a momentum, the drive thru was rough and still forgot my order. I asked for a regular and got the snack size, probably won’t return to this locationFood: 3/5
