Slow service and missing bun, they gave me another one. Five stars because I believe in getting what I pay for. If I wanted better, I would have gone to St James Gate.Food: 4/5
I ordered a Big Mac combo and they forgot my fries and my husband ordered 20 piece nuggets and got spicy. He didn’t order spicy but got it anyways. What poor service. Never again. Very unsatisfying. I called twice and they won’t answer the phone.
Usually a pretty good place when you're in a hurry and don't want to cook or sit in and eat . The staff is always pleasant.
Went for lunch to try their new chicken big mac. So disappointed it tasted nothing like the mc nuggets Chicken was so flat and dry I had to throw it out...so don't waste your money.
I liked going there during the covid lockdown because it was extra clean and you almost needed a reservation but now not so clean it's back to typical McDonald's fries on the floor, bathrooms smell funky and the rest of it. I still go there on occasion. Do take advantage of the hand sanitizer stations they offer.
Waited like 5-10 minutes just for my order to be taken because all the workers that were meant to be taking orders, were all together in the front, talking about how they don’t want to work front anymore, they knew I was there but they still just wanted to talk about not wanting to work front, well working front……

Food was what one would expect from a McDonald's but holy heck do these workers seem stressed/angry! Their words were kind but their body language and tone screamed "f off and die" I'm going to guess, from my past experience being disgruntled in similar jobs, that management at this location is not kind to those poor kids and/or their overworked and underpaid. Kind of par for the course at the average McDonald's... Sad to see.
Our order was correct. We had to wait awhile before we could place our order. However, they did ask the car ahead of us to pull forward and got our order to us quickly. Parking: Large parking lot. We ate in our car. There were plenty of spots. It was easy to get in and out of.
After working a 16 hour shift I was tired and hungry, went and bought a 20 pack of nuggets got home and they were so stale they were almost impossible to chew through. You'd think the person in the kitchen would be competent enough to know when nuggets are no longer good to be served.
