Almost every time I go here, there is an issue with my order and when I let them know, I get attitude as if it was my fault. It is also expensive compared to other McDonald's that I've been to in the area.
Everything about McDonald's is decent, though I would not recommend the vanilla milkshake. The wraps, burgers, and chicken nuggets are what they do best in my opinionFood: 4/5

What one would expect from a McDonald's. Clean and tidy, friendly staff. Nice location for a biker pit stop on a weekend ride!
Good service with a smile, unfortunately that has changed with time. I was a frequent client but as of lately certainly less and less. The breakfast is not available at 1 am, 2am, 11pm because apparently they are cleaning the machine. In all honesty I am very disappointed. I have been in the service/restaurant business over 30yrs and started in fast food. The drive through kids give terrible service, no bonjour, no merci, half the time they don't even look at you. 9 out of 10 times the coffee is luke warm at best. I think the owners need to take a good look at what is going on when they are not there because customer service is suffering and so will business.
Every single time we go to drive thru in saint Rémi, it's another problem. Today we paid for the 10 chicken nuggets combo and got 6. Asked for sweet and sour dipping sauce and ketchup. Not there. Couldn't even manage to put straws in the bag. Youve been open for awhile. The time for mistakes is over, your training should be complete. Kindly take this review into account when you are training the next round of employees. This is really happening too often and it is unacceptable.
Ordered cookies, they told us to pull up and they'd bring it to us . They failed to mention they didn't have any cookies though and would have to make them. So almost 20 minutes later we got the cookies brought out to us.

Coffee machine not working in the morning for several morning, but afternoon service is excellent.
