Overall this is a decent mcdonalds. The only complaints I have are the salt added to the French fries is quite extreme and I like a very salty fry and the food is occasionally mixed up or forgotten altogether but of course always has been charged to me. Other then those 2 points it's always hot, tasty and exactly what I expect it to be. The facility both inside and out could definitely use a little more love/cleaning.
It clearly states lunch menu served from 1030am everywhere online but this location apparently makes thier own rules and will not serve until 11am. I tried to get lunch at 10:55 and was very rudely refused. Even if allowed to make different hours than stated online 5minutes should not make a difference.
Every single time I come here, something is either wrong with my order, or they make me wait a ridiculous amount of time in parking lot for food. Fast food is in the name get it together. Save your time and frustration and just go to the McDonald's in Vernon much better service.
Very rarely do I go to McDonalds but if I do this one seems great. Great staff, and always spotless. Food is properly preparedRecommended dishesBig Mac
Chicken nuggets had been left in the fryer for so long two had gone completely soggy and disgusting when you bite in it was just mushy grease. Lame because I love McDonald's. :Food: 1/5
Avoid this place if can, to many complaints to list, they don't value you at all... not like I thought they really did in first place. I go there every day just about for breakfast/lunch, because they are to slow to keep up with the drive true I was in line at 10:50, took them 15mins to get to me and they refused to serve the breakfast menu, said it's there policy. I contacted cooperate and they informed me they have every option to be able to accommodate this situation. Managers and owner will be getting more informed and hopefully make this a good business like it once was. Check your orders, before leaving the drive true window if you dare to order.
I’ve never been to this location’s drive thru without them asking me to pull over and park even when I just order a coffee just to find that there’s no where to park cause 3 other people were also told to park and wait! Shouldn’t have to wait 10 for coffee
Quite disappointed in the poutine’s…. Unfortunately my bf had a bad experience and it was “soggy and gross”, he ate it still. Not only that but I would like to say Raven, an employee who works there is a top employee. Every time I go somehow she is working, but she always goes out of her way to make my meal complete. She has sent back food knowing it was wrong because she knows people deserve what they paid for. My heart goes to her because she will always make a customer happy. Best customer service
Went in about 12:30 p.m. and waited 10 minutes without anyone coming to the till. Supervisor made eye contact twice as well as another employee but both pretended to be busy. Had to walk out without food. Complained and was told they were short staffed. Fast Food is not a leisurely dinner in a fancy restaurant, it's food for people on the go. If you can't serve fast food then don't open. Saw more than 1 person leave. This is the last time I let them treat me like a ghost.
