In the past two year weather I go to pick up my order or I order delivery, I find stuff missing without fault. ALWAYS, either the burgers or drinks. I already know it so when I go to pick it up by car and I present myself on the window, I count and then ask them for what's missing. What do they do with all the missing stuff they do not give to people who do not pay attention or do not know that they HAVE to pay attention. This time I asked for 6 burgers on uber and got 4! But I had to ask UBER for the refund, but why cause me the trouble? On top of this I lost on tipping again. It is frustrating. Hopefully the manager at this MacDonald Anjou will step up and realize something is happening here.
The order screen was not working, so we went to the first window to order. Got a large hot chocolate and 2 macmuffins and some fries. Got the medium-sized amount in a large cup and had to wait over 10 minutes in the second window.. watching employees on their phones, just to be told to park and wait some more.. waited another 15 minutes to have my food delivered. It's not my typical spot, so I will think twice before going there again.
45 minutes wait in the drive through and i still didn't order. Mcdonald's is supposed to be there for speed and convenience... if you can't do either... close your location. While you are at it... give a discount to the people for the gas wasted... 45 minutes... Also... not 24h not even the drive through.
40 minutes waiting in the drive-through. I understand that they are short on personnel, but this is something else. Even if the place was open, all doors were closed and the only way to get your order was through the drive-thru. Also, when we arrived to the microphone noone answered and we had to advance to the first window where the girl whow as supposed to charge us was so nice to take our order. Maybe this wasn't their best day, but i cannot put a 5 stars for an awfull experience.
Worst service ever. Staff doesn't care about you, they're more concern about what they're chatting between each other than serve you. The terminal doesn't print the bill as proof that I paid for my order. I went to see the staff and they said they knew it wasn't working. Got my order and they forgot one sandwich. Only figured it out once I got home and I can't take it back because I can't prove it was missing all along. Food is often cold, fries are old and mushy. Bon appétit!
THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE CLOSED. WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Temperature inside the restaurant is freezing 5 celcius. People are eating in wearing full zipped winter coats with scarves and hats. Food is cold obviously. Mc Nuggets were all dried up from reheating food in hot oil unsafe and illegal and brittle from the repeated frying and desperate / despicable attempt to keep their old and inedible chicken nuggets warm. 12 employes and the dining room is filthy. Order takes forever even after been long gone from the order list on the screens which is otherwise always empty. McDonald's Canada wake up!! This franchise should be permanently closed!
going thru drive thru took forever, not recommended if you want something fast… and that was only 2 cars in front of me… after all these time food was cold… and my ice coffee was messed up …. Taste like ice melted milk!
Loosing stars in my rating, month after month. The big mac paties are thin like cardboard and small. Doesn't look at all like the picture in the ads. And am not speaking about the assembly. And all the tables were dirty.Food: 1/5
2022: useless mcdonalds. No hours respect, ever. Its 7h20 am, not opened but they somehow are opened on the app and on google maps. Modernised version with self-order option or go to regular cashier. Kids play area available. Enclosed kid park inside the place. Fairly popular mcdo. Can get busy quickly depending on time of day. Wheel chair access is horrible so i would avoid this one if your in a wheel chair. The doorway is made extremely weird and very small. A wheelchair will have a hard time going trough the 2 doors. Its very awkward as a normal person to go in so just avoid it if you as disabled. Drive-thru Is NOT 24 HOURS
I know that everyone is short staffed now but i just want to mention that every single time we order a happy meal they forget the kids fries..I don't understand. Its so disappointing for the kids. It happened the last 3 times we did delivery so you cant even go back. On the positive side delivery is quick and the food is still warm by the time it arrives.
