Probably the worst McDonald's I've been to. The ice-cream is the greatest disappointment. As soon as she hands it to you its leaking everywhere in the car because it's all liquid, not solid at all! It's super super runny.
They didn't understand anything through drive through. Also didn't give us all we ordered, and when one of us went inside to go get the soda we ordered, they gave us nasty water.
Completely messed up my orders !!! Called them and they said they can't do anything because I've ordered through Uber and that I should complain to them, I asked them if the driver of ubereats prepared the order lol it was crazy when they don't compensate for their mistakes!! Ordered a trio and one item which is the main food is missing and the large fries don't seem to be large and ordered fruitopia strawberry but they gave me orange! What a mess!!! This happened to me with McDonald's chateauguay but they make it up to me by giving me the missing order. The woman I talked to is even sarcastic! Wow terrible customer service! Worst Mcdonald ever!!!!
Great service, and once again I didn't have to wait too long. P.S. Always check if the self-serve machines have paper rolls in them; some customers would prefer to have a paper receipt in hand. Thanks!!!
Asked for extra extra habanero sauce and got it. Soooooo good, even added it to the quarter pounder with cheese.Food: 5/5

Worst McDonald’s ever been to, 30 minutes for a medium coffee. Unfortunately it’s the only one I can go to so I will keep going but screw them and screw Bill 96
They are the slowest service on earth and orders are always wrong. Missing the sausage for the third time...
Quality keeps deteriorating. I mean it wasn't much to start with but it's getting worse.
Week day drive through team is amazing. Weekends are a little slower...
