Not a bad McDonald's, not great either. Limited to no English speaking staff makes traveling hard. Your un a gas station should probably expect travelers Hot not soggy fries is expected from McDonald's also. Failed there too.
The employees need a few lessons in sanitation, my wife just pointed out a female employee who went #2, did not wash her hands, and went straight back to work, passing her phone to male employee, who is now touching her phone, to show him a funny video she watched while in the bathroom. My food went right in the trash. Thanks for nothing guys.
The young guy who served us was really understanding. We didnt speak french one bit but he was patient enough with us, taught us a few words, and was polite and accurate when it came to taking our order. One of the cleanest mcdonalds I've seen.
Stopped while travelling through. Order taken…20 minutes later there were no new orders and 9 orders waiting to be filled. Guy on fries had them stacked full in fry holder area…whole time I was there. 25 min wait and three after me got their orders…I approached and asked about my order Burgers had been sitting in a bag for awhile…and they gave me the fries…checked bag and they were cold! Asked for new fries…another wait. Back to vehicle now been 1/2 hr… Cold burgers with wrong condiments and fries I had to switch and no ice for pop. Place was not clean…fellow on cash friendly…but doing cash, coffee, milkshakes, ice cream and also apparently filling orders…. Total waste of travel time and a disgusting cold meal. Worst service I’ve had in McDonalds…would NEVER return!!
The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. There was pee all over the floor, toilets backed up, painted toilet seats to "hide" all of the dings in the seat. No wonder there is pee on the floor, no one wants to sit on the seat. I thought it was dried up toilet paper at first. Appalling! One person served the meals, inside and outside, touching many surfaces, then put a drink lid on, all without ever washing her hands. We were in line for 25 minutes and I never saw the person taking orders and money or the person serving clean their hands once or at the very least wear gloves. My order was also wrong. Fingers crossed we don't get sick.
Waiting time is so long for Coffee. It takes 20min. They need to hire more peoe. Staff shortage is obvious.

A fine McDonald's. Our food was fine, chicken nuggets and salad. This McDonald's is handy with a gas station next to it. Great for road weary travelers.
This is the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been to. There was vomit on the floor in the bathroom that nobody cleaned as well as toilet paper everywhere and dirty toilets. Service was very slow as well.
Worst McDonald’s that I ever have been too, 30+ mins for just making one combo….!
