This McDonalds is so disgusting. The washrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned for 3 days! The worst is they are like that all the time. I ordered a coffee with sugar free vanilla and a med fries. I waited for almost 10 mins, there was only 3 people waiting and I was the first to order. They got my order wrong. I mean come on!
I had an elderly woman with short hair refuse to substitute a sauce on my sandwich because she didn’t know how to type it in on the machine. THEN she decided to charge me an extra dollar for the sauce SUBSTITUTION, no an extra sauce, a substitution. Of course after all this, there was still NO SAUCE on my sandwich. No one can do their job right these days apparently.
Hands down the worst McDonald's. Lost count now of how many times they have messed up an order. Food preparation quality is often sub-par for a McDonald's franchise. I suspect the problem is this location is too small for the traffic volume it receives. Needs serious improvement.
Fresh fries, drinks thats aren't watered down, quick service, good quality food very friendly and easygoing staff, theres nothing to not love about this location. All the bad reviews are cap tbh.
Telling customers to wait in spots 1,2, or 3 doesn't actually speed up your drive through; it just artificially improves your time at the window. Corporate needs to stop measuring success by time at the window and focus on time for service.
Fastest freshest mcdonalds I drive through. Owners always giving away stuff in the community. Free coffees at schomberg fair and free coupons at the mayor's luncheon and golf tournaments. I don't like McDonald's really. But these owners are doing a fantastic job. I cannot give 5 star to McDonald's because I will lose my credibility as a restaurateur.
09/29/2022 6:24pm. Had a young man working the speaker this evening and he deserves a raise. Amazing customer experience super friendly, genuine, and not at all the uninterested greetings you typically expect. Couldn’t help but say yes to his apple pie upswell! Keep it up!
Food is always good. Love especially the fries and coffee. Only complaint is the hours. I come out of work after 11 and although the sign for the drive thru ready "24 hours", half the time the drive theu is closed. Always disappointed.
It's a McDonalds. Fast food at prices that you still think are low but are really higher than they should be. The coffee is the only thing I enjoy at a McDonalds, but the multitude of locations means that they're convenient for pit stops.
Typical McDonald's, this just happens to be the most convenient location relative to my home. This location is not as busy at most times of the day, so drive thru can be quiet quick.Food: 3/5
