Ordered My Tea from Self Serve Screen waited for my order. They put my order on shelf nobody gave a call even after removing order from main screen. Zero Customer Service. Other people got called for their order except mine. Because I wasn't a white guy. Later On I went very near to pick up area called two workers third one paid attention And gave my my tea. Afterwords they started calling people again for their order with numbers. Isn't it racism.
I went in drive through yesterday. I specifically asked to have ALL MY FOOD HOT, cause it's always cold..... They made me go in the waiting area because they were waiting on FRESH FRIES THEY SAID. ... Waited 10 min and all my food was cold... AGAIN . Next time I go I will inspect my order open the bags AT THE WINDOW and if I am not satisfied I WILL STAY AT THE WINDOW UNTIL I GET HOT FOOD. IF TLYOU ASK ME TO GO IN THE WAITING AREA I WILL SAY NO . And I will make you start over until I am satisfied. When you specified you were making fresh fries and made me wait to get cold fries..... Either they mess up your order every time or your food is cold.......
I have hit up this McDonald's multiple times on trips I have taken. They are always friendly and compared to my hometown McDonald's, the food is always fresh and correctly made to order. I actually get extra pickles on my burger and hot fries...It can be done!
Wow… staff is very friendly and super nice… I accidentally order few extra items online. I told them that was a mistake from my end. Not only they refund me the money but also offered me the one of the items…..
Tried to order a chicken sandwhich with only ketchup and mayo, the person on the speaker says they can't add the ketchup so it'll have to come in packets on the side. I've worked in drive thru, all your condiments are in front of you, and I ordered a sandwhich easier to make than the standard one, and they couldn't do that. Poorly managed
Always very quick and the staff are awesome ! I’ve never had issues in the 8 years I’ve been living here I’m surprised by some of these reviews, I love the atmosphere Kid-friendliness: Always kind to the kids and they love the play land !
Just went through drive through and the only that was correct was the juice and coffee. I hate paying for good that I can make better at home.
My son and I ordered the Ghost Pepper McChicken combo. It was definitely spicy but I wouldn't order it again because I'd rather have a tasty Big Mac or cheese burger. I was wishing I had saved the fries until after eating the sandwich to help quench the flames. But thankfully I still had some of my drink. I suggest having a box of tissue handy to deal with the runny nose caused by the spiciness...or just wipe your nose on your sleeve :o
I did the online ordering service and picked up at curbside. The order was delivered to me at curbside very fast and the person that delivered was very polite. Thank you McDonald'sFood: 5/5
Ordered breakfast/coffee moved over to waiting pickup line and watched service people in back make sausage egg sandwich using their fingers to slide egg onto bun!!! Why no gloves?? Germs/covid/unsanitary not good with COVID going round!!!
