DON'T GO HERE. BETTER GO TO THE ONE ON THE 13 HWY. There was a missing burger on my order. I had to wait again to get my complete order which took so long that everything was cold. Even the fries were cold. Very bad quality McDonald's do not waste your hard earned money here.Food: 1/5
It's a McDonald's. Your typical average, nondescript McDonald's. Firstly, they are consistent with one thing: Consistently screwing up people's orders. Especially during rush hour, starting around 4:30pm, they always manage to make a mistake. A missing item, skipped instructions, or just a badly made menu item. It's no surprise for anyone that it's rush hour at this time daily, so why are they always making a mistake with everyone's order? Simple carelessness. Check your order before leaving, always. Secondly, in the dining area, the water used for the soda machine on the right side is much warmer than the one on the left side. It has been like this for weeks and has not been fuxed for some reason. If you need to load up on your sugar or aspartame, go for the left side machine.
I got two combos for me and my wife after work. The invoice was missing and so was a medium fries. A couple days later I went for another order I explained the situation to the manager and asked for the fries I paid for last time. I didn't think much of it because bulk cost wise its less than a dollar. But the manager basically let me know that this is what a scammer could say hinting that I was trying to get a freebie fraudulently. But not giving customer what they paid for is actual fraud and so is not giving them a receipt. I'm very disappointed with my experience and the manager did not give her name. At this point its not about the fries but about the poor customer service
Let me give you a good piece of advice if you use the drive-in: stop in the parking area and check whether your order is complete! They always 'forget' to give you things like mustard or ketchup sauce and at times they are missing main ingredients like chicken or meat in your meals! That will save you from a road trip back! Got this scenario numerous times....!

I wish it could be minus five stars. I usually get a Big Mac substitute the beef for crispy chicken. It has been over a month since I've been here to order. And now this so-called manager doesn't know how to do the order and can't serve me. I don't understand how he can't understand to not put beef in a sandwich and chicken instead.
Appreciate there was staff available although current situation worldwide is not easy. The staff was courteous and took time to listen to my order. They offered some options and alternative which we did listen and change part of the order.
This restaurant is always cold the food is just warm. So sad that there are not enough workers. The manager tried to please everyone.Food: 2/5
Location is ideal, the food is always hot and well cooked. The only negative opinion I have is concerning their drive-through system. 3 out 5 they make you park in a overflow area. You can wait up to 10 minutes before someone-to bring your order, and sometimes they forget to include the the ketchup and straw and so on...,
One of the freshest mcdonalds! Fries was crispy! Burger and nuggets were hot snd not overcooked! Minus one star as they mess my drive thru order :
