The service was good but the product was unlike other McDonald's. The bun on my Grand Mac was so dry and old tasting and had the texture of a dish sponge... Like airy but very dry and chewy and almost elastic. The beef patties were also so dry and overcooked, not juicy at all. Worse tasting compared to the usual McDonald's. Ordered Big Mac/fries/coffee & Egg McMuffin/fries to go. Used the self-serve kiosk in the store, easy. Friendly staff. Food came quickly. Took it home for lunch after re-heating the fries. Terrible management!!! Got an order for delivery and they got it wrong again and again. How hard is it to make a breakfast sandwich? All I wanted on it was butter, egg and cheese. Not rocket science! The manager tried to tell my delivery driver that I didn't enter it in right, but I showed him my order and indeed I filled it in right. They just can't read. Driver told me that this location is known for errors and the manager had a bad attitude even with him. I ended up calling management and his attitude was "not our problem, come here yourself and pick up a new order". If you can't get your delivery orders right, then you shouldn't offer delivery. Hard to go there and get my order with two dogs that can't be left alone in a hotel. I pay extra for delivery to make things easier. If you can't get it right stop using DoorDash.
We rarely go to McDonald’s for breakfast, so I was expecting a boring egg McMuffin with a tough English Muffin. So when my Sausage McMuffin was more than enjoyable I was pleasantly surprised. I also had one of my favourites the hash browns, always delicious.Recommended dishesFrench Fries
What a disaster this place is. The staff could not care less. I really struggle to believe that they are too stupid to actually get an order correct. Will never go back there. I couldn't be bothered to get my order fixed. Just wanted to leave. Stay away
Most confusing experience ever at any drive-thru, repeated order several times and it was still all wrong in the end. Wrong sandwiches, wrong drinks, etc. Didn’t get a receipt to see what we were charged for either so probably over-paid too.
I think they have a real staff shortage, the people are friendly, the food is what you would expect but going through the drive thru is a long process, a very slow process. Please do not take this out on the staff, they do what they can.Food: 3/5
These guys SOMETIMES get my ordwr wrong, i live in the area and frequent it. BUT they correct it immediately IF you KINDLY speak up, and they are just overall nice workers really. I like the lady that takes the order thats there 24/7 . she nice Food: 5/5
Worst food ever.. nuggets were super dry. It seems that it was cooked 2-3 hours ago… it was very smelly…will never visit again
A great place to go if celiac. They actually know how to do a proper lettuce wrapped burger for us unfortunate people who can't eat the bun. Drive through moves at a good pace and friendly staff.
