Tables are never clean, running out of food items, drink station is disgustingly dirty. It's never super busy in the dining area so it should be kept clean easily with the amount of workers they have behind the counterFood: 2/5
Typical McDonald's Waffle froes suck
Used the app to order and pick up at the counter. The service was quick, and everything was there.Food: 5/5
Better off slapping 20$ on counter and ask theme to suprise you; never have the right order and ice cream machine rarely works. Most are very rude if you speak french town is 80% French. No smile, most of theme look like they were force to work in funeral day. Thoses who does give you a great service are exceptional....but i rarely stumble on theme.

Slow service. Worker at 1st window was confused when given the free coffee vouchers and 1 of 2 coffees were not what I ordered!Food: 4/5
Language barrier or just don't care? What I ordered. 10 piece nuggets and a quarter pounder w/ cheese meal w/ a large fry. What I got. 6 piece nuggets and a quarter pounder meal w/ no cheese and 2 large fry. 15 min in the drive through. Always check the bag in Kap.
Not a good place to stop. Drive through took 15 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches a juice and a coffee. They got one breakfast sandwich wrong and there was eggshell in almost every bite. Do not stop if you can help it.
The only worker that could do their job efficiently was the manager. The young lady that took our orderwas super slow, I walk faster going to the mail....Food: 4/5
Was debating to use the self checkout so I got infront of the cashier only to see him talking to the cook. I was standing there for a good 2 min then he finally took my order I asked for a big Mac combo with a poutine in-place for the fries then ordered a junior chicken and he repeated the order to me has the big Mac, poutine and junior I said and the drink for the combo he said ok drink so he charged me for everything as it's self without making it a combo so ended up paying almost 4$ more since I checked later with the machine has the order so of course he didn't know what he was doing. Then I started to eat and notice the big Mac was cold, bun was hard and very sloppy must have had a pound of sauce on it since it's all I tasted.
