Went to dons. Needed to pee. They didnt let me in. I hate dons. Make dons great again!!!
Almost every time I come here I they mess my order up. Normally it’s something small that doesn’t affect the meal but when it’s half of the main part of the meal it’s unacceptable, This time I ask for extra on my food pay for extra on my food the receipt attached to the box on the food says extra and instead I get nothing. How hard is it to read the instructions that are literally thrown in your face on multiple screens and receipts! If you don’t care at all about your job just don’t show up don’t ruin the experience for your customers. Thank you again Stettler McDonald’s for your stellar experience.
Have gone multiple times during different rushes and times of day and have always had our order perfect and quality of food has always been good.Food: 5/5
I went through the drive-through this morning on Friday and I don’t know the name of the person in the first window but she is always so happy and she just makes my day she always gets my coffee right and my order cracked and she’s always got a smile on her face and she’s very professional but all the staff are really nice and do a great job

So dirty was scared to use the dept machine and put on my code.. then the touch screens were so gross and omg the bathrooms were so dirty. These places wonder why people get sick just so gross. PS get rid of the hand dryers and put paper towels back omg those are so gross
Followed the instructions , quick service, clean washrooms , clean inside. In my opinion the drive through worker in the first window was a bit rude and not very "welcoming". On the other side the worker at the second window was nice. Thanks anyway !
Stoped in morning absolutely terrible embarrassing service. Couldn’t even take order. Waited 25 minutes for a simple large drink. Worst McDonald’s ever been too
