I've actually never had a bad experience here before. Infact, I left a 5 star review here a few years ago. However, for 3.15$, I shouldn't be getting a burnt rubbery bun and half a teaspoon of onion. Especially after asking for extra. I was looking forward to this treat all day :
This location was buuuusy! Jody was manager on duty and did an amazing job running the store. Everything was clean and the employees were actually happy and pleasant. I woukd definitely reccomend checking out this location!Food: 5/5
Every visit to your location is a disaster. The speed at which you handle orders, whether slow times or busy times, is painfully slow. The confused look on the employees faces does not give customer confidence that their orders will be correct. How does a McDonald's location run out of fries at 9pm on a Thursday evening??? To the point where I waited in the drive thru, not even up to the order sign, for 10 minutes before I went inside. I ordered and waited even longer. Even though I was the only person in the store. Like I said. If it was once in a while, I could understand. But this location is a disaster every single visit. I avoid this place but once in a while I'll "try again", only to kick myself for not knowing the outcome. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!
This is the worst McDonald's I have visited. I like to go in the mornings for coffee and the coffee always turns out great. But every time you order a sandwich in the mornings it's terrible. English muffin is hard as a rock and always cold. How can a server give you a sandwich that is so hard. They can feel it when they bag it. This obviously is the manager who is not checking on the service and the servers and they are not trained to make sure food is at least edible .. This happens on numerous occasions not just once. Rate this store as the lowest in the chain.
Orders are rarely correct. Missing drinks. Customizations not correct. Burger was made with two bun tops and no toppings. They ran out of cheeseburgers as well Waiting 25 minutes for curbside pick up. Not sure what’s going on but sadly our last visit at this location.
Legit the worst McDonald's. Never fresh. Ordered a 10 pack nugget meal, and got overcooked, hard small pieces. Couldn't even bite into the nuggets.
There is a woman here who makes my day and my children’s each time we come here. She is usually at the point of payment. Very lovely and good! She also gives my children pictures to colour. I’ll always visit this place because of her
Audra took our order, she has the coolest hair and was the sweetest, she’s awesome!
We have ordered a few times from this location through SkiptheDishes and our orders have always been delivered quickly, accurately, and well packaged. Great staff who listen and send extra napkins whenever asked.
Teenagers who work there are not professional at all. Every single time there is an issue with my order so I learned my lesson and I never leave the drive thru before checking the order.Service: 1/5
