I just went through the drive through. The 10 piece nuggets meal ; everything was cold, the worst was the cold nuggets, they were shriveled up from sitting for too long and chips cold..I asked for a pumpkin spiced latte and it came with no pumpkin flavor or whipped cream. The line was so long I didn't bother to go back in... But I'm very dissatisfied with my experience. It also took over 10 mins just to pay!
Quick service, great staff, order ready within five minutes!
Half made Big Mac, no pickles, not the right lettuce and messed up all four sandwiches ordered. Third time in a row with a bad experience. Hopefully someone actually look at the review and coach the team on how to execute the orders.
Employees don't speak english but understand everything we say..
Usually, a mcmuffin comes with an egg. but at mcdonald's I don't know why but they don't come with an egg. I bother to say a mcmuffin with egg but I get one without an egg!! Seriously, we would have to open all the meals in the drive thru to be sure we got the right thing, it's really exhausting, are the employees not listening to us or what? bad service as always

Went to order 4 snack mcflurries. I paid then waited at the Window for 8 minutes while there were 4 out of 5 employees in the drive thru area talking and hugging while my order was ready by the only person working and melting on the counter. when the girl gave me my order through the window, I told her to give the orders to the customers instead of chatting with her colleagues.. She gave me the dirtiest look when I said that! Customer service 101
We ordered 1 trio big Mac and 2 big poutines the guy charged an extra hamburger for no reason we got a small poutine and a big one and only 1 fork we had to tell them 4 time what our order was and they still didn't get it
Food was cold one hamburger patty was hard as a rock and lukewarm and the chicken burger was even worse!!! and this is the first McDonald's I've ever been to where you can't have a second refill of soda.if I could I give them 1/2 a star!!!!
The only McDonald's in Canada that wanted to charge me for cup of hot water. . disappointed.
