I was expecting poo quality because of the time I went 4.20am but I got two egg n cheese muffins and they were the freshest muffins I have ever ordered. It has made my absolute day and yous have saved me a speeding fine to work, so quick ! Please keep up the great work, putting in the effort can really make a difference
I ordered through uber eat and when the food arrived, my goodness all my meals were soaked the cup of coke had a ripped in the bottom!

Bought breakfast..Pancakes were cold, no Maple syrup was given and not enough butter too. Hash browns weren't hot either. Burger was fine. Hot drinks were lovely.Food: 3/5
I was picking up an order for a customer and when I got to the restaurant, they seemed busy as no one even bothered to ask me what I was waiting for - staff would look at me and then just ignored me. Surely they could tell I’m a food delivery driver as I was carrying a big bag. Few minutes after I asked one of the staff showed him the order on my phone thinking he’d attend to it, few minutes later, he left work and walked out the door and not a word about the order thinking someone else was making them. About 12mins passed by, one of the girls finally asked me, showed her the order….the order had been on the bench right in front of me for possibly around 15mins +…no stickers and was left open. She asked if I wanted it replaced to a fresh one I said yes…so there was another 5-7mins on top. Very very poor service!! Staff need to be trained better as well as the manager on that day . I apologised via text to the customer while waiting without being acknowledged by staff. Who knows, maybe the customer’s order was wrong too. Sure they were busy giving orders to drive through but few people waiting at the counter should be attended to as well. Hope they all read this review and learn from it. It happened yesterday around 1…1.15pm 30/12/22.
Went through drive-through and the Filipina Lady who took my order is screaming/yelling whilst taking my order. Not only that, she stuffed it up as well. Ordered and paid extra for Caramel Latte with Lactose Free Milk and what I got is chewed tobacco tasting coffee. No Caramel syrup which I paid Extra at all. Requested Aioli Sauce as well for my son's nuggets and what he got is 2 mayonnaise. Today is one of the many days/times we went there and our order is always incorrect. Very disappointed as always
I came the other night with my boyfriend and my friend, we ordered a meal each. only us in the drive way which made it quick and easy. we got our food and drinks and once we got home we realised we only got 1 fries instead of 3, also one of the big macs we ordered we got another quarter pounder. for my quater pounder i asked for no pickles and the small onions instead of the sliced ones and i still got the big onions and still got pickles. the mc chicken bites were cold and stale and did not taste good. not happy and mad that i wasted my money
I waited 15 minutes for literally just a sprite at the front counter. considering ive worked at maccas before i know the machine makes it all by itself so i thought i wouldnt take this long. i even asked someone and she said yep and walked away and started making chips. get your easy orders out first, stop chit chatting and focus on your job. so frustrated, absolutely terrible
Went through Drive-through this morning, have to wait over 15 minutes to get my incorrect order. Ordered and paid for 20 Nuggets and all I got is 10 nuggets. Staffs are very incompetent. Cannot follow a simple order! CLARKSON IS THE WORST MCDONALD STORE IN PERTH!!!
Order delayed by McDonald's, delivered absolutely cold. Managed to screw the order left, down, up and sideways and even provide the correct receipt number. No excuse.. absolutely poor effort.
