Worst staff ever!!! Manager argued with me when they ruined my burger wgen I realize he clearly wasn't fixing anything I left. They can't even put BBQ sauce on a mcdouble lol won't even look at you when asking for something and the old lady at counter actually stuck her finger in my face as if to shhhh me.
Good service, very clean. Washroom was well maintained. Food was prepared and placed in bags carefully. Happy with this fast food experience!Food: 4/5
Everything I go through drive thru for decaf coffee it is either icy cold or I have to wait almost 10 minutes for one! I love the coffee but the service is sometimes too slow !Service: 4/5

Stopped for a quick breakfast and wasn't disappointed. Hardly any wait before food was on the table. Place is clean and tidy. Staff were polite and attentive. Would have given five stars if one mcmuffin didn't contain egg shell. No complaints.

Service was efficient but food was cold. Decided not to eat in after observing a few middle aged idiots using the food on the table excuse to wander around maskless and the crew ignoring them. No thanks McCovid.
Usually good day shift services. Night shift however? Seems to be a good place to shove incompetent employees, as a schedule filled. I've had to complain about waiting 15 minutes or more for a single coffee 2 early mornings in a row. Left my business card with the floor manager so I could with the store manager and let him/her know my concerns, but 3 days later, no call. Edit:now weeks. I'm not saying they've lost a customer, I'm simply saying I'll never even consider going there for a coffee, forget about a meal, I less I have an inordinate amount of time to waste.
Went there and ordered 3 sausage Mcmuffin's and I received 3 chocolate chip muffins. Wasn't happy when I got to work, as I couldn't leave to go change it.
Very slow service in the restaurant. I waited 15-20 minutes for chicken nuggets, I should have cooked them at home instead. They served the drive through first. The staff rarely pay attention to what is ordered and get orders wrong frequently. Somehow it is still better than the Carbonear location. At least with the renovations the restaurant looks nice and modern.
