Slow service, rude staff, constant yelling can be heard from the older people who seem to be in charge but also seem to know very little about the operation of their own restaurant. Asked for my food after waiting ages and hearing them shout about it for a good 20 minutes, left without getting my food. Absolutely unacceptable.
The very young employees here aren't exactly what you would call competent. There's often some kind of mix up with the order. Last time I ordered a hamburger, removed the bun. Got two dry patties of meat in a cardboard box..... Bun-less doesn't mean without sauces, pickles, tomato, onion etc... And it comes in a plastic tray with cutlery.
I had a terrible experience at this location. A blonde lady was on cash and she was very rude to me, and even rolled her eyes at me. Then my order came out wrong. The employees don’t wear proper gear such as hair nets. I use to love this location hoping for improvements.
Very clean and airy premises with two terraces front and side for outdoor eating. The staff today seemed on top of the busy orders coming in.
Pretty decent McDonald's. Except there's someone with a piercing voice in the back that everyone can hear up front in the dining area. I don't want to say she has an annoyingly loud and piercing voice, but she has an annoyingly loud and piercing voice. We can't hear anyone else working back there, but this one voice, I can hear absolutely every word she says.
Conveniently located Golden Arched right off the highway. - able to grab gas not across the street and has a Canadian Tire right behind - so for those working down the highway in either direction, it makes for a good spot to stop if you're not a fan of the on routes like me Service was fair, nothing stood out from the experience, but that might actually be a good thing as oftentimes from a drive thru window, when we remember the service it was for something on the negative side of the ledger. Fourth star for the location - I can't reasonably justify a fastfood place getting 5 stars unless the food is worth a drive to go get .... This is pretty standard.
Always have to wait a long time for food even if they are not busy. Food itself is always good.Food: 4/5
Usually love this location but the drive thru sign say 24hrs yet they close at 10pm so that's the reason for two stars.
Great service, but the flapjacks were just too sweet. It tasted like syrup drizzled on a sugar loaf with a touch of butter.
Slows place I have ever gone to. Up to 50 minutes to get a burger if you get the burger. Sometimes you get the bun and the pickles and no burger. But up to 50 minutes for a burger and fries and a drink. Not fast food in Prescott Ontario CanadaFood: 5/5
