Have not been to this Mcdonald for some time and certainly not since refit. Very easy to place order using kiosks, but only one till to place at counter. Staff were very friendly and helpful if there were any queries. Table service available. The restaurant is spacious, clean and tidy with decent decor. I do not feel there is sufficient room to stand and wait for food, which, when busy, is frustrating. Very difficult to hear order numbers being called and I could not see a board with order ready, that I'm sure was there previously. So a little inefficient on that front. Food is fine, hot and served in a decent time. Always frustrating that the milkshakes are either not working, not mixed, or very runny. Small niggle.
We came through the drive through today and we were greeted by 2 incredibly cheery professional ladies 1 who took our order and the other took payment. Both went over an above to be polite . However we then used the toilets after eating we only ate in the car because we had the dog and couldn’t leave him on our way out we were questioned wether we were McDonald’s customers rudely by a youngish employee in a grey shirt ?!?! As he was in a shirt I would assume he was a manager of some sorts and really he could do with learning a thing or two from other lovely ladies who served us ! I want to know what he was getting at by asking us as we left ? What was he going to make us do if we hadn’t been customers today but as most of the U.K. regular customers of McDonald’s. A definite training issue by someone who’s obviously taken back by being given a little responsibility and a grey shirt !! Time was approx 13.00 /13.10 if you wish to check cctv of us going through the drive through and of the man questioning a young family who used the facilities.
This is the third time in a row now that food has been missing from my order, the first two occasions i left it as it was down to one or two items being missing, still unacceptable but these things can happen. Now today i'm missing most of my order and the hot chocolates were nothing but hot water, i have contacted McDonald's on John Macadam Way, St Leonard's and spoke to a manager name of Jody who i asked to get the staff better trained as they clearly have not got a clue what they are doing, and lets face it recent reviews are starting to confirm this if i'm being honest.
Ordered for delivery. No ice in the coke, so it was warm. The chicken burger is tiny. Wanted Legend not available. All food luke warm. Fries were cold and half full even though we'd ordered large! No salt or sauces. Never buying from that useless McDonald's again!
Always something missing from the menu, dips always missing from order. They could not serve the cheese sticks on a portion of 3 because they run out of paper bags.
Quick and friendly service. Staff seem very proud of their restaurant and can be seen vacuuming the floor and tidying up frequently. Always very helpful in there and the food is consistently good.
The works here look so drained it unreal walking around like zombies believe her name is Abby she just don’t care about her job you can tell she whispers things under her breathe they don’t give a it cup holders when I had ordered 4 drinks not being funny but how am I supposed too hold 4 large drinks on my own half the stuff was missing out my order. Very poor service

Time and time again orders come incomplete. Another today, we had family down and wanted a quick bite before they went home. Our £50 order had 3 items missing. One of which I didn't realise until I got home, so someone didn't have their burger. I struggle to understand what is so hard about ready an order on a screen and packing it in to a bag. If I hadn't of checked the bag a bit before I left the car park I would have had 3 items missing! They must make alot of money out of people because this isn't an isolated mistake..... Very frustrated and angry! Vegetarian options: The mc plant is mediocre. Considering there are some amazing meat free burgers on the market, these are very substandard... But, so are the meat ones!
best food place ever i love it so much. i always get a double quarter-pounder with cheese, fries, a chocolate milkshake, barbecue dip and any mcflury!!!! I love it soooo much Kid-friendliness: happy meals. i dont need to say more.
