Ordered a trio big Mac, but changed the fries for the Waffle fries. The food itself was okay. The big Mac tasted like a big Mac. The limited edition Waffle fries unfortunately didn't meet the hype from the ads. The ones I got were just okay, not very crunchy. The ordering process was somewhat painful. Order timeout is very very short now, at most 30 seconds before it prompts you if you're there. The machines were mostly only partially functionnal. Out of 4, two had dead scanners and the third had a dead printer. Maybe the fourth one worked but I have no idea. Order processing speed was decent. Cleanliness was okay.
The location is beautiful, however every time I order to go or for delivery, I have to open the bag before leaving. Fries are never fully filled, and sometimes hamburgers lack the requested components within ex; No Pickles and No Mustard Ask for simply ketchup and mayo on ordinary tiny burgers for kids they put so much on that you can use it as a dip for your 10 pieces of nuggets. Also, please can soda machines be delivering less water balance or syrup that acquired more flavour since some drinks taste extremely horrible.
I was helped by a very nice polite young lady at the register and had my meal with in 5 minutes served with a smile how refreshing Kid-friendliness: Nice booths clean and pleasant atmosphere
Good place for kids to play. You can eat while watching your kids. I bring my nephews.. Kid-friendliness: Play modules Parking: It's still limited.
Im giving 5 stars just because its the only mcdonalds open at night. And the lady thats usually there during night shift is nice. 100km radius. Only one still open at said hours. Night shift worker here. Ppl have forgotten night shift workers still exist.Food: 4/5
Only had drive thru coffee and they successfully made a mistake with my black coffee. Wasn't black when I got it
Place is nice and all but every time i order drive or to go, i always have to check inside the bag before leaving.. fries never full, some times hamburgers dont have proper ingredients inside as askedex; No Pickles and No Mustard get regular small burgers for kids and ask for just ketchup and mayothey put sooo much that u can use it as dip for ur 10pcs nuggets And please can soda machine be giving less water balance or syrup that got more flavor as some drinks taste very bad. Its small stuff that we all already know. One thing is for sure, ice cream and coffee is very good! ps: change the sugar limit in the cashier computer, some ppl take more then 7 so maybe no limit should be placed. Getting sugar bags to do my self when im in a car pick up is not fun at all..
For a few years, service had been pretty slow, but since the pandemic they’ve really stepped up their game. Drive-thru doesn’t take as long, and I don’t even feel the need to check my bags to see if there’s anything missing anymore.
Nice macky I ordered by phone app. The sir at thru drive window called My attention cause I was wrong picking up My order but they was Nice to me. :
The person at the drive through maybe had a bad day but no need to talk rude to customers. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
