Worst McDonald's on the entire island for a lot of reasons. Here's one of them. I what universe is this a big Mac hamburger patty? Let's forget the char. Look at the size!!! Steer clear of here!!!
Not really sure what happened here, I don’t really understand how making a simple sandwich is hard. This location is an obvious failure as time and time again it fails to meet the bare minimum of hood service and quality product. Corporate needs to take a look and shut this franchise down.
It's clean inside. I've been there for weekday breakfasts.. the staff there are quick and no mistakes yet... But in the evenings/late nights, there are often missing items. This last time my bf didn't notice a drink was missing until afterwards as we had ordered a bunch on a tray. He should have noticed, but there should be some trust that we don't need to double check what we get...
My food orders are usually right not always but the customer service has really gone downhill. I went through the drive thru today and the person taking my order rushed me as if he had somewhere else he needed to be. And then the lady who handed me my order didn’t say a single word to me. I thanked her twice and not once did she acknowledge me or say “you’re welcome”. Do better.
It's usually a great experience when I go through the drive through for my morning coffee but today I ordered delivery. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese that was literally just the patty and cheese. Nothing else. If I wanted a burger with cheese, I would have just ordered a cheeseburger and saved myself $5. And whenever you try to call them to have it fixed, they never answer the phone.
So in the drive thru I made my order and had to clarify that my drink was a large, and when I got to the window it was charged as a medium. When I asked if I could pay the difference to get my drink, I was refused. I am baffled and dumbfounded that I’d be refused such a simple request. The quality of workers obviously needs to be improved as it wasn’t even busy at all.
As usual classic McDonald's hits the spot, I don't think I could get enough fries there. Burgers tend to be sloppily put together yet I know it's due to them being overly busy and it's worth it afterwards. Would recommend for a quick tasty meal.Food: 5/5
This is for this store owner specifically. After you spent money to put in that conveyor belt for drive through and hired seven people for day shift, does it change anything? People still waiting for 20 mins to get the breakfast.
This location is consistently underwhelming in regards to quality. We all know fast food isn't great, but items are always cold, stale, so greasy the buns feel wet, I could go on. Fountain drinks are also frequently foul tasting or watered down. Items are often forgotten too.
I ordered threw the app for pick up on my way to work, they didn't start making my order til I was in the store.. made me miss my bus to work. Then the breakfast sandwich they gave me 100% tasted like mold, I took 1 bite and threw it away. Total waste of time and $10.
