The blonde cashier who was working today at 9:20 pm was so rude and she gave us attitude when we asked for fresh fries because she gave us a batch that has probably been sitting there for how long now. She wasn’t very welcoming and gave us attitude as soon as we walked in. It wasn’t even busy. She gave us new fries and took the old ones but she snatched it and shoved it in the trash in such a rude manner! Very disappointing! Never going back to this store again! As a customer who worked in retail this definitely not the way to treat customers! Especially when we asked nicely since we paid for it. If it was free fine but it wasn’t! I strongly advise the manager or district manager teach their employees how to treat customers. This is the first ever McDonald’s in Canada that I have experienced something like this and I go to McDonald’s quite a bit. Going to Collingwood McDonald’s from now on!
The three of us just got yelled at by a lady named Jaden with pink hair behind the counter. It was very abysive and her coworkers looked scared. She clearly does not understands the social distance protocols and demanded three of us to stay in the red circle while we were waiting for our order to be made. Let me also inform you that the restaurant was empty. Customer service was the worst ever!
-* Disappointed of this place! First i was given the wrong amount of money after paying… Weird!, When you think that it is written on her screen…Then she gave us the: “i don’t care” look and then the “confused” look. We had to tell her what we gave her… AND! we had to tell her to look at her screen to correct herself. And then the manager that helped her…Looked annoyed as well… I understand it was maybe a trainee but even a non worker knows that, professionalism comes with working with a smile and keep cool at work… -* They advertise pokemon card but gave us minions…When i asked for the card they hesitated, looked at each other, then one of them finally took off the box of card packages out of a cabinet and gave me a pack finally… Atleast, one person was honest enough to unhide them… I get that maybe some of them collect these cards but you can’t advertise outside and inside but not giving them…and give old toys; making people think that you don’t have them. When you actually put posters inside and outside you serve people what they are expecting to get from the advertisement. _* And smiling seemed to be hard to get from the cashier too…Not to be mean but sometimes a simple smile can make the orders working better when they mess up… Hope my next visit, the service will have a little more work done via workers towards clients.
I barely visited here they don't have the fish filet combo i believe some mcds locations are limited Don't get Annoyed its quite understandable. But its small and cute inside. Plus Friendly staff.
The blonde Shift leader was insanely rude for no reason. But there was a younger guy named Norman, Nowan or Norwall something like that he was super friendly and eager to help.
Food taste like garbage. I am never eating McDonald's again. Food is not real meat and cold and very salty fries. Heart Attack City. Prices are way to high for the quality of McDonald's food.Food: 1/5

Food was fast, hot and good. Workers very polite. Disappointed in my jelly filled lil donut, there was very very little white sugar powder on the donuts... not as advertised :
The service i awful we order 4 burgers at night they were so rude and food taste like garbage . Never going there again
Thwy don't carry the smoothies they advertise on the sign.
