This McDonald’s is great. They have a nice big play place and a light up table that can entertain different age groups. We ended up staying for over an hour since the kids enjoyed playing there. The place was clean and I saw someone cleaning up every 30 mins or so. The service was ok, but food was great and when I had an issue with a coupon, the manager came and helped resolved the issue and he was very nice.
To put it plainly, I'm not the biggest fan of this location because of it's very futurstic style. There are no napkins, condiments, cups, beverages etc. available for the customer. Everything has to be asked for because it's behind the counter. I am impressed however with the professionality of the managers. They seem very focused on their work and bringing the customer a good quality experience. In total, with that said, I give it 3 out of 5 stars
This is by far the Best McDonald’s I have been to. The staff works as a team! They work as one and the orders are on point! They are so kind and friendly! The play place is clean and comfy! My kids loved it! Can’t wait to go back! The bathrooms… they are amazing! Clean and clean!
Manager Hispanic 5'7 male late 40's black/gray curly hair refuses to give name because I told him I'd write a review to his corporate manager... Whenever I come for food. This man treats me poorly. Not only with his service but with the food as well. This man had the audacity to hand me a melted mcflurry and proceeded to tell me that the machine wasn't working, AFTER I received the item. Coincidentally, whenever I visit for a bite.. They can only take cash. Extremely suspicious. Make no mistake Mr. No name. I will be in contact with your district/corporate manager. Also the lady in the drive thru, again refuses to give name lied and told me she was the manager when she clearly wasn't. What else does the o'keef McDonald's hide from their customers. Hm. Oh wait let's not forget the fact that this specific McDonald's feels entitlement to charge more for the same quality food. Simply because they're family owned and they're the first with a play ground. Blasphemy. Stay away as far as possible.
You guys want to play this game with me, okay; let's play this game then. Part time DoorDasher here having an issue with their new policy of having to come inside the store to take the order Earlier in the day I took several orders thru the drive thru no issue. Very quick and easy, no issue. So then the night shift comes and I try to go thru the drive thru but they say I have to come inside to grab the order. I've taken dozens of orders here and this is the first time I was asked to come inside... I was standing inside the store waiting for a very long time while I witnessed them service at least 5 different vehicles in the drive thru. Vehicles that would have otherwise been behind me in line. The whole time my order is blatantly sitting there behind the counter. I can see my order, I'm trying to grab the attention of these minimum wage [useless] employees who are wasting my time all the while they take everybody else's order. I was getting frustrated to the point where I was about to hop over the counter and grab the order myself. As a DoorDasher, there is a certain time you need to pick up and drop off by or get penalized so therefore they made me late for my delivery, especially since this one was close by. The shorter the distance, the faster you are expected to deliver it [rightfully so] Later in the night, I received another order here. I went thru the drive thru, I refused to go inside. I explained my very reasonable reasons to the girl thru the intercom why I wouldn't go inside. There were no cars ahead of me but the dining room was full. There is no where to park except for the far end of the building. This is all unnecessary to do when you can just hand me my order quickly thru the window. I don't have to shut off my car or walk back and forth in the freezing cold. For this, the girl threatened to report me/my order which I think is ridiculous and completely wrong Now it's no wonder you guys are minimum wage employees who work at McDonald's
Very poor service. The Mgr. Behind the counter rude . Especially to children. What do you want ? no patience whatsoever. I wish I would of saved my receipt. This man doesn't belong at the register dealing with the public. It's not the first time this has happened here.
Overpriced. $13.54 for Happy meal and large fries includes extra .49 for Chocolat milk Charges extra for drink for happy meal and play place pictures are mostly not the play place it shows online.Service: 1/5
I stopped today at this McDonalds bc it was on my way home from running errands. I ordered 4 ordered of pancakes. Unfortunately, the pancakes were hard and stale. When I called to let them know they wanted me to bring them back to get a new order. I told them I could not bc it was out of my way and I was tight on time. The man I talked to told me I would have to save the food and bring it back at my earliest convenience to get a refund. I will take the loss because I’m not going to pick out the food from the garbage. Poor customer service and poor quality food. I will stick with my original McDonalds in Lombard.
This place was pretty good a year ago. Now they forget my items in my order and always make me wait in line This week I got breakfast 3 times , I had to wait outside of line , and they forgot some items again . 3 times this week they forgot something in my bag . Not going back anymore.
It's usually cheap to eat there and you can save a lot with the app the food is good and the straws make the soda hit different.Food: 4/5
