Wish I could give ZERO STARS! Absolutely AWFUL! Had a long hard day which is why we chose fast food for dinner to begin with. I drove 10 minutes to this restaurant and sat in a long drive-thru line. Drove 10 minutes home only to discover that our 20 piece nuggets were completely missing from the bag. My daughter took one bite of her burger and it was completely RAW…as in cold meat and blood in the box. So I call and ask to speak to the manager and I explained both the problem of missing food and undercooked food. She tells me to bring my receipt and the burger back up to the restaurant. Another 10 minutes to drive there and I hand over my bag and receipt that specifically has burger PLAIN BACON AND CHEESE ONLY. She offers me a free fry for my trouble and about 10 minutes later I leave with my new burger and my missing nuggets. They handed me someone else’s order while I waited which was very interesting…I promptly handed it back. I drive ANOTHER 10 minutes home to open the burger and see that is COVERED in raw onions and both ketchup and mustard! Threw it straight in the trash! I’m calling the owner tomorrow because her name and number were posted on the window. Which is pretty much where my $30 worth of food went…right out the window. I will drive further to avoid this McDonalds. Never again.
2nd time in a week I ordered a pork and gravy biscuit and get to work and no gravy. I mean it says pork and gravy not pork. Picture above.
Food was hot and fresh. Went to the Hudson location because we waited in line at the Granite Falls location for quite a while. Three cars in front of us drive off then when we got up to order, no one ever came on the speaker. Do yourself a favor and go to the new Hudson location. It's much better.Food: 5/5
When I got to the cash window, I asked to confirm my order was correct it wasn't repeated correctly at the speaker was ignored. When handed the money I tried again. Again ignored. At the pickup window I asked a gray shirt and was told it was. Soon as it reached my hand I knew it wasn't. Like I'm to stupid to know it wasn't right. They really need to do better at this store than ignoring and lying to customers.
Zoe went above and beyond to ensure our experience was extra special. She made sure all needs were met, spent time speaking with my two year old son, and brought our meal to the table. It was a great visit! Kid-friendliness: Zoe went the extra mile to make our son feel special!
Orders a SPICY chicken deluxe meal and gets a FROZEN REGULAR chicken deluxe and when told about no meal the employee said pull in the lane again. Never again McDonaldsFood: 2/5
Food was ok, Atmosphere was Clean on the outside, Staff was unprofessional, Prices were incorrect and when brought to their attention they did not want to correct it. Use Caution at this location.
Just thankful I didn't eat my quarter pounder with cheese until I got to my sisters , then I wasn't able to eat . It was raw , called them back was ask to return my sandwich with reciept.i figured I'd be offered something different or at least an appogize but nope just a no I could get a copy of my receipt and was given 4.29 thats was it even after emailing the owner of the establishment!! Sad all I can say if ur rolling in the dark be sure what u eating is cooked properly. I'm devastated
Horrible place we waited 10 minutes before our order was taken the management didn’t even say anything to us kept on doing what they were doing then we had to wait another 8 minutes for our food then another 5 minutes for frappes. I do not recommend this location horrible I wouldn’t even give them a star but u have toRecommended dishesSausage Biscuit, Hashbrown
This is the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced at any time of day. They almost never get the order right the first time and the food is either overcooked or cold, there is no in between. It’s the closest restaurant to my house and I will drive well out of my way to go anywhere else. Every time I try to eat here, hoping that it’s better, I’m newly disappointed.
