ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE! No mobile ordering. The food is put together like their throwing it from a distance. You better eat there cause it will be cold in 3 minutes, and it looks like they save a lot of money shorting you on fries. Better of stopping in Cambridge or Andover.
The worst Mac Dons EVER. Fries are NEVER warm, the buns are ALWAYS hard, it’s horrible, and it’s the only fast food place in town that’s available, so of course we keep trying it, it will NEVER change. Waste of money. Done eating here and you should be too.
The worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to, the food is cold. If you get what you ordered, my order is often incorrect. As well as they now charge for sauce, you are not able to get sauce packets, other than by paying for them, which I have never seen another McDonald’s do anywhere. The staff is short and rude and the inside looks very dirty. This location should be closed Parking: They have their own parking lot, as well as the coborns parking lot next-door
Bunch of kids working there ,no adult's In charge .by that said, I was in drive through and the money taker was kinda rude and then pulling up to pick up window there war 3 girls standing around ,one girl on her phone chewing her gum .then I finally got my order to go home and get no sauce for 10pc nugget and no fork for cinnamon roll. which w/e I have forks at home. Still not doing their job..its not that hard to do a simple job as customer service work.its not like to spend over 20 $ on 2 meals when I could of bought steaks for dinner for 2 .bring up your standards or get new employees.
Very slow service. Waited 30 minutes for our order. Didn't have enough staff and couldn't keep up. The staff was friendly and did the best they could with the number of people. Worked hard to serve all the customers as quickly as possible.Food: 5/5
customer service was absolute trash. this one girl employee was a raging c word. def would not recommend.
Food was good. They charge extra for sauces even though the kiosk says they're free. They don't have a station to fill your drink and get ketchup so you have to get packets and refills from the workers that aren't up front.Food: 4/5
Your Prior Hour Sales have ZERO bearing on how long your lobby services take! It dosent take 15 plus minutes to serve two Big Mac and a Fry! 1500$ prior sales from a bus visit during your prior hour means zero to us the customer who stands in your lobby waiting all the while the drivethru is the only thing moving. Your lobby employee is a smart mouth and the manager At this Location needs better problem solving skills. I refused the 2 free meals for the experience at your store! I will go elsewhere not this Disrespectful and dirty location!!
Kerrie at the 27424 location is the most upbeat and outgoing personality. You can see she genuinely enjoys her job! She definitely deserves some recognition for this! Thank you Kerrie!
McDonald's has all their traditional burger, fries, etc. I personally love their breakfast burritos. Only drawback is that like most places, due to covid, and inflation. Prices have gone up....less workers available. But they do a fair job to get you served in a timely manner.
