Worst Mc Donalds ever! Gave terrible attitudes and terrible service. You get a side of attitude with your meal as well as a piece of hair for a souvenir. Food tastes terrible as well. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. I want my money back.
Crew members & manager are rude at night. They dont let you ask for what you need, they rush you off. Even if you're kind to them, they will give you attitude. I understand this location is understaffed though you get paid to be kind to customers. You don't get paid without customers. I hope that these folks can find a more fulfilling job. Drive-thru line moves slow depending on the time. Avoid it if you're in a rush.
My food was hot. Great service, order take care is always nice and patient. Vegetarian options: French fries, salad, fish sandwich, desserts most have dairy
1 star is too much they have cold old food that sits all day for someone to buy it. Rubber hamburger ,bread hard and cold, cold unsalted fries really horrible service the lady couldn't hold a normal conversation at the window. She kept saying uh uh ok. Why do you hire warm bodies to fill the position. Try hiring people who actually can give you fresh hot food instead of staled cold food. I cam here 6 times this month and 6 times the food and service was horrible. Get a new team or just close up. It makes no sense to have a bad reputation.
Wow no more 2 for 2 sausage muffins. Now its 2 for 2.50. Are they gonna change the menu board fir the drive thru?Food: 3/5
Horrible! 2 cheeseburgers, no pickles, onions..horrible. Spent entire day at Palos Hospital. Made sick in the way home at McDonald's!
The cashier was so nice! I couldn't figure out how to use my android pay and she offered to buy my food! I declined and was able to pay but that was a nice gesture.
Very disappointed in this store. I ordered 2 meals, am extra hashbrown, and 4 drinks total on order. First I given 2 sandwiches and a hashbrown and was told to pull up for my drinks. I had to tell the guy I was still missing 2 hashbrowns. Then he only brought out 2 of my 4 drinks. Second time only brought out one drink and had to send him back for the fourth one. My entire order was put in together, is it that hard to read an order? They are offering to pay 17 bucks an hour but can't hire people who can count. Don't know... don't think I'll be back here again. I can stop at other ones on my way to work. Spend 35 bucks, and have to get it over 15mins time. At least they got everything right.
I worked at this location and it was trashy and unprofessional and clearly it still is because the line takes forever even with little to no cars. I went for ice cream and the sundae I received wasn’t even halfway filled. This location just hires the most lazy people and the managers are unprofessional and don’t care as well. I hope you guys get shut down because you guys haven’t been a good location ever since I can remember.
